Came in from a cruise headed back to the Midwest and decided to stop and dine at Basilico. To be truthful it was the best food we had since getting to Miami and even on the cruise. Hadn't had that quality of food in a long time. Even my wife agreed! It is a small quaint place but packs an enormous punch. Staff was friendly and service very good!

Cozy great Italian restaurant that's definitely a joint. Food is always fresh and the always have a seafood, pasta, and steak special each night. Wine list is decent and not over priced. Staff is very kind and luckily they knew the family I went with so it made it even more fun! The kitchen cooked up a spicy shrimp and scallop pasta for me which was fantastic and I definitely recommend the black pasta too, all of which are made by hand.
Well as we celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary I asked my beautiful wife where she wanted to eat and all she said was Basilico. So here we are and we decided to try new items and expand our pallet.
