Extremely rude! Got there with a friend and we stand for over 20min without being greeted or acknowledged, my friend finally went to ask if we could be seated and an extremely rude man (kind of tall, with black hair and Hispanic accent) told her “stay and wait or go somewhere else, your choice” He had a very entitled attitude, hopefully he was not the business owner. Anyways I’m not interested in going back to find out who he was.

Basilico has always been one of my favorite restaurants and many of my friends love it too. Everything on the menu is to order, so if you've never been, don't hesitate to do so.
The entire meal, from the starter to the main course to the dessert, was a delight, an 11 out of 10.
The atmosphere, good decoration with the Venice carnival masks, a very good experience.
The service in general was quite good, on this occasion Juan treated us excellently and was very attentive to his group.
