Over $100 spent and the fries were missing. No excuse, no fix—just pure incompetence. In fact tried to blame it on Door Dash. DD had nothing to do with getting an order wrong. If you can’t get a basic order right, you shouldn’t be taking money.
Meal ruined. Trust gone.

Adam said "you will see a refund within 5 minutes". That was 4 days ago. I guess that was just to get off the phone. No type of refund issued.
I went there for my birthday back in April the food is fresh great music I had an amazing time there I would love to go back again
