I’m honestly confused about how this place is considered high-end. The ambiance is nice, but the service and food are extremely underwhelming. Coming from a family that loves Italian food and having grown up around Italians, I was genuinely disappointed.

I ordered a Margherita pizza, and what arrived at the table was a plain cheese pizza—no basil, no fresh mozzarella. A true Italian Margherita pizza includes both. When I asked the waitress if what I was served was a Margherita, she looked at it and looked me in the eye confidently and said yes. At this point I'm laughing inside because last I checked, I didn't step into a fake Italian restaurant did I?

I then explained what a Margherita pizza traditionally consists of and even showed her a photo on my phone, along with their own menu description, which clearly lists basil and mozzarella. At that point, she looked me in the eye and told me they remove everything—including the basil and mozzarella—and only add cheese because I have a child.

I was genuinely shocked. What does my child sitting at the table have to do with the kitchen changing my order without asking? If I wanted a cheese pizza, I would have ordered one. Automatically altering a dish I specifically ordered, without any communication, is unacceptable—especially for a restaurant claiming to be upscale. Then she proceeded to ask if I want basil ... OF COURSE BECAUSE I ORDERED A MAGARITA PIZZA I WANT WHAT I ORDERED...she went to the kitchen and gave me chopped basil for me to personally put on my pizza. *Face palm*

This was my first visit here, and it will definitely be my last. When we paid our $362 USD bill which had an automatic 20% gratuity added... they still had the audacity to ask if I want to put extra tip on top of the added gratuity they already put... Hell's no. Not with this type of service. And I'm one to tip generously.

And $10 For a child's lemonade? Common! Price gouging .. pls do not support this place. Service is horrible and the food is insanely priced. Better place to eat elsewhere. I don't mind paying if service and food checked all the boxes. This isn't one of them. Sorry.

Went to Bella Luna for dinner this time, and just like before, everything was excellent! The food was delicious, well balanced, and you can really tell they use quality ingredients. Great customer service and a lovely atmosphere — perfect for family gatherings or a nice dinner for couples. Highly recommend!

The three last time we were here! We were surprised of the prices. But is getting worse and worse !!!! Service was good! And food was good. But it was crazy $40 for a breaded piece of chicken and some spaghettis.

It was a good experience and overall fair. However, gratuity was included for a 2 adults and two kids table!!!! ? LET ME DECIDE HOW MUCH TO LEAVE YOU. IT WAS A SMALL TABLE. My husband and 2 kinds 5 years old.
Only 4 people. COME ON!

Sorry 😞 being going there for years and years but. Unfortunately not coming back.

It used to be friendly and welcoming restaurants with affordable prices, Not anymore.

Ladies at the front extremely rude. Bad service.

Im writing to share a disappointing experience i had at the bar on Sunday brunch july 13 around 11:30am.
Despite the bar not being very crowed, we noticed the barback was not doing her job honestly they shouldnt have elder women as a barback that only put pressure on the bussers which have nothing to do with the bar. Is not our first time that we notice this problem at the bar is almost every Sunday brunch. I've always had a good experience in this place, so this experience was really disappointing I hope managment takes feedback seriously, as it affects whether I and others will return..

From approaching the entrance staff were on point. We sat close to the bar by or choosing. Drinks were okay. Sangrias it was. But the entrees were beautifully done and full of flavors aromatics wonderful to the taste. Fell like home. When you taste a plate that's the feeling you should get. Like your mind and taste buds are on a journey. Chefs kids my plate was Amazon. Every bite was wow. I will definitely be going again.

Chose to order from this place for a night in with the family. To my horror, none of the food was eatable. There was a fly in one of the dishes, all the pasta dishes were extremely overcooked and so bland with no taste. Other dishes tasted spoiled. I’m not sure how a place like this stays in business. What an awful experience with a hefty price tag attached to it.
