Im writing to share a disappointing experience i had at the bar on Sunday brunch july 13 around 11:30am.
Despite the bar not being very crowed, we noticed the barback was not doing her job honestly they shouldnt have elder women as a barback that only put pressure on the bussers which have nothing to do with the bar. Is not our first time that we notice this problem at the bar is almost every Sunday brunch. I've always had a good experience in this place, so this experience was really disappointing I hope managment takes feedback seriously, as it affects whether I and others will return..

From approaching the entrance staff were on point. We sat close to the bar by or choosing. Drinks were okay. Sangrias it was. But the entrees were beautifully done and full of flavors aromatics wonderful to the taste. Fell like home. When you taste a plate that's the feeling you should get. Like your mind and taste buds are on a journey. Chefs kids my plate was Amazon. Every bite was wow. I will definitely be going again.

Chose to order from this place for a night in with the family. To my horror, none of the food was eatable. There was a fly in one of the dishes, all the pasta dishes were extremely overcooked and so bland with no taste. Other dishes tasted spoiled. I’m not sure how a place like this stays in business. What an awful experience with a hefty price tag attached to it.

We went to Bella Luna to celebrate a birthday. And the food was VERY disappointing. We were 7 people and only one of them liked their plate. Appetizers were mediocre at best, with the exception of the fried calamari which were very good. The entrees were terrible, fruit di mare risotto looked like scrambled egg, salads were very disappointing, carbonara pasta wasn’t authentic at all, it had tons of heavy cream. And the funghi risotto was undercooked with big size mushrooms.
Service was ok, they all were pretty attentive.
For the prices in the menu I was expecting a more high dining place but instead got a cheap comparison of an Italian restaurant.
Very disappointing and will never recommend this place in the future.

We were disappointed on the quality of food for this restaurant . The fish soup was overcooked and tasted old. Pasta was just ok. Service is very good however but food definitely not. For the price is not worth it.

We waited for 15 minutes and no one came to even fill our water glasses. When I gently requested to have a server come to our table, the busboy looked confused by my request. Waiter finally came to our table and just rudely glared without speaking. We placed our order, he repeated it and walked away. That was the extent of our service for the night. He checked on other tables but only returned to our table to give us our bill. I’ve never experienced anything like this and hope never to again. Sadly, food was not enjoyable either. Both tortellini and extremely greasy margherita pizza were very heavy, bland, annd not worth eating. Atmosphere was nice but that is the only thing you are paying for. This is not quality Italian food, and the staff and management truly could not care less about their guest’s experience. Money not well spent. I would give this review zero stars if that were an option.

The food and service were good. The whole experience was spoiled when I saw the worker leaving ladies room without cleaning her hands while I was washing mine. Later I saw her carrying a stack of clean plates.
Dear management of Bella Luna, please train and educate your staff on hygiene matters better. If they ignore handwashing when a customer is observing them, I’m scared to think what they do when there’s nobody around them.

It’s been a few weeks, but I finally decided to write an honest review about my experience with this place.

I ordered a pizza, fried calamari with zucchini, and a pasta dish to go. Unfortunately, none of the dishes were satisfying. The pizza had no flavor — honestly, I’ve had better from 7-Eleven. The calamari was extremely chewy, and it wasn’t properly coated in flour before frying. The zucchini was soggy and completely bland. As for the pasta, it lacked seasoning and tasted like nothing at all.

I paid over $75 for this meal, and I was extremely disappointed. Sadly, I ended up throwing most of it in the trash. Definitely not worth the price, and I won’t be ordering from here again.
