Amazing Authentic Italian restaurant. The staff was respectful and knowledgeable. Even though this place is in a mall, it never makes you feel that way. Actually helps you forget. One of the worst managed restaurant I have ever experienced. The waitress spilled red wine that splattered all over my sweater and then brought the bill at full charge. Management seemed aware but appeared to look the other way until my husband asked one of them to come over. They were too busy catering to their friends that brought a DOG into the INSIDE of the restaurant They then gave us 20% off the bill and just walked away until my husband then called the other manager...

I don't live in the area but when I visit Aventura Mall I stop by Bella Luna to have the lentil soup and the salmon carpaccio, this time I ordered a stroganoff tenderloin with vegetables and additional fries, everything was very delicious but the tenderloin lacked flavor, anyway It was very soft.
