Tried this place base on the hyped reviews. Presentation was beautiful, but when trying the sushi or maki with eels, it had so much bones, it was impossible to eat it. Very disappointing since cost is not cheap either and I had much better sushi at a fraction of the price before…

With Belly Fish, I feel like you can’t go wrong whether you’re ordering a weeknight meal or a big catering platter. We’ve eaten some of the best omakases whether in Miami or Japan, yet I will always come back to this place. They’re now my go-to for delicious, fresh sushi with no nonsense! I love the scallop (seasonal), torched fish, foie gras add-on, salmon lovers rolls…. The list goes on. Pro tip, it can be hard to find their location (looks like a residential / apartment area) when picking up so give yourself extra time. Five stars across the board for belly fish- thank you!
This place has become my new favorite place for sushi, i haven’t been in person i always order uber eats and the quality of the every dish is perfection, the fish is fresh, the are very tasty and great presentation and packaging. I went on a trip to Japan last year and it compares to the quality of sushi they have! 10/10
