Ordered a miso soup that cost $7 . Less than half a pint was delivered. Absolutely absurd they would even charge for this. Very disappointed with this restaurant and I don't recommend anyone order the soup from here. As you can see in the photo this is the portion that was delivered.

Pass on this. No Japanese cooks or otherwise, no show, food was nothing special, but expensive. I asked if we would have a show, was told yes, but we got nothing but some guy cooking. No tricks, no laughs, nothing. I will never return to benihana.
It used to be really fun with real japanese chefs who wanted to be there. Now, it's nothing. No japanese, no fun, no laughs, and very mediocre food.

The food is good, really like the express concept for quick in and out. Price isn’t cheap but not overly expensive, and menu is pretty bare bones.
The location needs some significant training though, that’s all. It almost feels like every time you walk in it’s everyone’s first day, and that’s a reflection of poor management. If you had this place humming, they could turn 200 covers easily. But you walk inside and no one acknowledges you, it’s right to the order machine. The wait for 2 bowls on a barely busy Saturday night was 30+ minutes. For a frame of reference I was ticket 48 (idk if that’s all day or what, but the point is not busy enough for such a long wait),

I would always order here pretty often. Today on August 14,2025 I was 100% disappointed with the service I received. We always order our food with a special request of no vegetables EVERY SINGLE TIME. Today we were told we can’t make that modification because they only do it as a favor? So I guess the chef there didn’t wanna do a favor? Yet we’re paying for all this food so I don’t see how that’s a favor. But definitely won’t be here again. And the cashier there also pretended she couldn’t hear us. I never been told a request of no vegetables is a favor?!!!! And chef personally said it when we asked the cashier for a manager or supervisor we weren’t allowed to be connected to one so she passed us the chef. Definitely don’t eat here if you have diet restrictions or allergies because they don’t care. 0/10

First, worth noting that I am a HUGE Benihana fan. It’s been my favorite or in my top 5 favorite restaurants since I was a kid. In the restaurant things are great.
Ordering on uber eats is like ordering from Benihanas cousin that has a few screws loose. Food is actually bad. Not just in a “not a normal Benihana meal” kind of way—a little drop off is to be expected, but this may as well not be the same place. It’s not even the Benihana menu, just a subset. And even still the food is not good at all. Awful. Don’t recommend uber eats. Go in person or not at all

The food isn’t bad. But they give you 8 tiny pieces of chicken for 16 bucks. Soo cheap. Go chipotle they give you 10x the amount of chicken.

Like many others have noted, my wife and I went in thinking it was a normal Benihana but was disappointed in the rather small seating/dining areas.
If you're okay with ordering your food to go the meal was better than expected, but with a couple of caveats... - Salad - Not included with your meal, but at $7.50/per, one was more than enough for two people.
- Fried Rice - Delicious, but didn't taste like the chicken fried rice we've had at other Benihanas all over the US. They do give you a TON of Rice though.
- Chicken - Good, but ours was overcooked and slightly dry.
- NY Strip Steak - Paper thin, but otherwise okay.
- Sauces - Again, very good but both tasted different from other Benihana restaurants we had been to in the past.
