I have previously bought tires at BJ's Tire center, in this case my car was fairly new and still had the factory tires and all I needed was to fix a flat, I finally got somebody to answer by calling the main store, it was 5:30 p.m. The individual told me that he couldn't do anything because they're about to close when I said you guys close at 7:00 p.m. that's an hour and a half He didn't have much to say! My question is if the service for the tires is lacking Why would I buy tires there to begin with We all need to fix flats once in a while or have maybe another problem with our tire, I will not be looking to buy tires there when my wife's vehicle needs tires! And I've been a BJ's customer since they first opened in Hialeah.

If you have a BJ card it is the best place I have found so far for changing your tires or having them repaired. If you don't have a card I recommend just for the tire service.

Had 2 sets of tires on 2 cars put on within 6 months. The process for buying online, setting up appointment and getting them installed was 5 stars. However, there after installation care is 1 star. According to them, they do not electronically record the mileage when you installed the tire or rotate them, its all on paper and its "too much effort" for them to look it up. So good luck figuring out when you need your tires rotated (which you need to do for warranty) unless you remember it yourself. Then good luck getting them to pick up the phone when you call to make an appointment for rotating, then good luck even more when they tell you they need an original receipt to be able to get them rotated, because "they cant look it up". The tire prices here are not the best, but i decided to try because of the rotation etc they give after the fact, but the huge hassle is not worth it. No more tires from BJ's.
