Just had my tires rotated at the tire center and I accidentally dropped a $100 bill between my seat. I was shocked when I went to pick up my car and Omar immediately handed me the money. I was truly shocked as I was assuming the money was gone. I’ve been in Miami almost 20 years and have really lost faith in most people in this city. Had 2 sets of tires on 2 cars put on within 6 months. The process for buying online, setting up appointment and getting them installed was 5 stars. However, there after installation care is 1 star. According to them, they do not electronically record the mileage when you installed the tire or rotate them, its all on paper and its "too much effort" for them to look it up. So good luck figuring out when you need your tires rotated (which you need to do for warranty) unless...
