Had 2 sets of tires on 2 cars put on within 6 months. The process for buying online, setting up appointment and getting them installed was 5 stars. However, there after installation care is 1 star. According to them, they do not electronically record the mileage when you installed the tire or rotate them, its all on paper and its "too much effort" for them to look it up. So good luck figuring out when you need your tires rotated (which you need to do for warranty) unless...
Es insólito como una tienda tan grande como esta explote asà a sus empleados, teniendo solo a una persona haciendo el trabajo de 5, al menos dÃganme que le están pagando por 5, porque esto es inaceptable.
