Have been a Blaze fan for years and this one did not disappoint. I love the customizability of the pizza pies and wish there was one closer to Miami, but making the drive always pays off!

This location needs to do better with hiring their employees. Long story short, I would come here, probably twice a week to usually place a large order.
Tonight changed all of that. Tonight, I only ordered two pizzas: Plain cheese and a barbecue chicken with no ranch drizzle, only bbq. Must’ve been a new girl making the pizzas which I gave her benefit of the doubt but she must’ve asked me three times what I would like on the barbecue chicken. She was super sweet and very nice so I let her do her thing. I did not complain nor say anything.
Fast-forward to when the pizza is coming out of the oven… There is a teenager named Manuel (received his name from another employee) who took the pizzas out of the oven and placed them on the counter where he was going to cut them. When I saw the barbecue chicken pizza I kindly asked if he could add a little bit of cheese to hold the toppings down. His reply was “Well, I can sprinkle a little bit, but we normally don’t do that” And I replied with “that would be great.” He proceeds to cut the cheese pizza, place it in the box and hand it to me. As he’s taking the barbecue chicken pizza to place in the box after cutting, I reminded him of the cheese and said “so you’re not going to add any cheese to it after you suggested it?” His reply was “You didn’t tell me which pizza you wanted it on.” Now…. I’m confused and replied with “the only pizza that has toppings.” He replied with “well, now you’re being rude so I’m not going to do it for you.” So I KINDLY asked for a refund because the name calling is not tolerated! I will not stand for anyone to act this way when YOU feel dumb for not remembering what YOU offered a customer and then didn’t do it esp a teenage. Don’t take it personal and hold yourself accountable. At that point, he went and got another employee who I thought was the manager. As he’s walking over to me, Manuel says it loud and clear in front of my face that I was being rude AND condescending to him. I had no choice, but to laugh because that was absolutely not even near the truth. I only reminded him of what he had offered as a suggestion. At this point, yes, I was more upset, but I did not say anything. Not one apology from either employee. The only thing I was told by this manager was, he would have a talk with Manuel. He did not know how to proceed with a refund so we had to ask another employee to come over and help. Still no apology or word from that gentleman or the one helping him. He didn’t even acknowledge or ask what happened, nothing. Refund was complete so now I’m waiting for bank to process it.
Needless to say, I will not step foot back in this location.

Steer clear of this place if you are ordering delivery. If you don’t go inside the restaurant and watch them make your item, they will just throw it together without any care. I ordered two pizzas and both barely had cheese. The toppings were just thrown onto the pizzas and not evenly distributed. I paid extra for two high-rise pizzas but was given regular dough. This is not my first poor experience with this establishment but decided to give them another change. Corporate needs to go in and clean house because this particular location is a bad representation of the company. Save your money and go to Piola in Pinecrest or Pummarola in the Falls.
This place service and food is really good! My kids love this pizza and always want to come get them. Food is great and to your choice. Kevin and team could not be doing better job!!! Highly recommended!

The guy that made my pizza burnt it and expected me to be fine with it, rolling his eyes and making comments. Another employee had to remake my pizza. Really bad customer service.
