BLT Prime offers exceptional customer service, a beautiful ambiance, and delicious food. The grounds and building are stunning, and the service is very good, attentive but not swarming. The menu features excellent dishes, including the short ribs, which are tender and tasty, and the cowboy ribeye which is always served to perfection. The crab cake appetizer is loaded with crab and very little filler. The restaurant is famous for their delicious popovers which are served hot and always flaky. The veranda provides a lovely view of the golf courses, and the servers are incredibly attentive and helpful.
The food is wonderful, with the Caesar salad having a super tasty and creamy dressing, the roasted beets salad with a tangy vinaigrette that pairs well with the cheese, and the branzino being light and delicate. The cowboy steak is the star of the show, described as PHENOMENAL. The truffle spaghetti is also nice, and the bread pudding is tasty. The lychee martini and violet mule are great as well.
While prices may be steep, BLT Prime is a great choice for special occasions and a consistent good place to have dinner.
