Arrived with our 2 guests to the BLT lounge full of extremely loud guests. Couldn't speak to the hostess because the noise was too loud. She took us outside where it was quieter, but lots of cigar smoke. BLT had no control over this, but had we known we would have booked a different evening our reservation was at 6, so not late. We ordered caesar salad and ate that with the yorkshire pudding. For dinner we had filet, chicken parm and beef ribs. The filet was fork tender and cooked with ample spices. The beef ribs fell off the bone. They were served in a steaming hot Dutch oven impressive. The chicken parm was huge and served with arugula. Side dishes ordered were creamed spinach, which was ok, asparagus, which was excellent and mushrooms. The mushrooms were the best. For dessert we had Gelato and key lime pie. The pie was excellent! Overall, the food was very good. Service was attentive, but the server tried doing everything from one side of the table. I asked him to move from side to side to attend to each pair of guests. The fireworks were an added special treat for us. I would ask that BLT let guests know of upcoming parties so appropriate plans can be made. Also suggest train staff more

This place is amazing! Food was excellent! Service was over the top amazing! The price is a little on the high side, but I think for the location and quality of food and service it is a good value. Amazing wait staff!

For four straight years we've made New Year's dinner at BLT Steakhouse and all times has been great. Unfortunately, this year was a complete disappointment and by far the worst experience we've ever had there! We arrived on time for our 10:00 PM reservation for the prepaid four-course New Year's Eve dinner. The pacing of the meal was disastrous: the first course (soup) didn't arrive until minutes before midnight, and the second course (lobster risotto for the adults and a burger for our starving 6-year-old) was served right in the middle of the fireworks display. We ended up eating it cold. By the time dessert finally arrived after 1:30 AM, we were exhausted and no longer hungry. The chocolate dessert was rock-hard , the fork literally couldn't cut into it. Throughout the night, neither the server nor the manager offered a genuine apology or any gesture of goodwill. When we expressed our frustration, the server and manager simply said there was nothing they could do. No kindness, no effort to make it right. For a high-priced prepaid “experience,” this felt completely unacceptable.

They had his weight for 45 minutes before they sat us down and they never served our food. We didn't get our four course meal only two

We were seated at 9:30pm, but did not receive our first course until 11pm, and our main course did not arrive until 11:56pm. One guest did not receive their main course until after 12:30am and the fourth course dessert came out well after 1am. The excessive delays made this, unfortunately, the worst New Year's Eve dining experience we've ever had.

My family and I reserved a table at the BLT for four on New Years Eve. We were seated at 9:30 in the second seating. We ordered a bottle of wine and the four course menu. Our first coarse took over 45 minutes to arrive to the table. By the look of things going on in the restaurant, it appeared quite a few tables were experiencing the same issue. Then the unimaginable started to unfold. Some people began to get feisty with the waiters/waitresses. I witnessed a table of six telling the waiter to cancel their food. They were waiting close to two hours for their next course. They paid the bill for their drinks and left with an empty stomach. As I looked around the room I noticed many tables were getting upset. Everybody was experiencing the same issue. A minimum of one hour between courses. It took one and a half hours to get an order of fries for a child. There was no excuse as the restaurant wasn't that busy. I've been there on New Years Eve four years running and it was the slowest I had ever seen on New Years Eve. As midnight was approaching, the waitresses started to bring champagne to the tables but all I wanted was the third course of our meal. The night was a total disaster as I lost my appetite and simply wanted to leave. My hunger slowly turned to anger and disappointment. If Trump was on site he would have fired the entire staff. No wonder the place wasn't busy. The service was terrible and the food is overpriced. Needless to say I will never go back there again, even if they offered me a free room and dinner. What a letdown. A terrible way to spend your last meal of 2025. Take my word for it, find another restaurant to go to on New years Eve, or any other night for that matter

Not sure what happened this 31 with BLT!!!been going to BLT for some years now to bring in the new year but, this year I have to say it was a disaster. Food not up to standards, took for ever to get our food. One thing after the other. We could tell the waitress was doing her best but total letdown.

My family and I booked the NYE experience ($250 per person) and it was the worst NYE of my life, which also happens to be my birthday. The pre-fix menu included 4 courses and we only received the first course at 9:30pm, our reservation was at 8:30pm. We were concerned the entire night about when the food would arrive as we wanted to eat before the new years fireworks. We never received the second course. We kept asking when the food would come and the waiter and manager kept telling us that they could not do anything about it that it was up to the kitchen. At 11:55pm, our third course came. Followed by the dessert. It was such a poorly planned coursed dinner experience. We booked this experience for NYE and my birthday and we did not get to eat before the NYE countdown and fireworks. BLT Prime should be removed from Trump Doral because that was embarrassing. I have been to this resort several times and never had such a bad experience. Essentially felt like my family and I were scammed.

A little disappointing to be honest. The food and bar area was as expected however our waiter seemed to be only interested in what was happening to him and how having additional customer was affecting him. Our “Water” waiter Alex was very good and took our additional drink order and looked after us when our actual waiter was not arround. Note that the restaurant is not equipped to take Apple Pay which made it difficult for us to pay and our original waiter seemed to loose interest in us as it caused him a problem with us paying- bar staff and restaurant were very helpful. We are staying next month with a couple of friends to play golf let's hope it's better.

Very good restaurant, ambience good. 4 star, not 5. Sides were small and only shareable with about 3 people. Overall very nice but not exemplary

The food at BLT was excellent—everything we ordered was well prepared and delicious, which made for a great dinner overall. Unfortunately, our first impression was less than ideal. The hostess was continuously chewing and popping bubble gum and seemed dismissive when we walked in, continuing her conversation with other employees rather than acknowledging us. It didn't ruin our evening because the food truly stood out, but it was still disappointing. Little things do matter in hospitality—not in a snobby way, but because they set the tone—and this was an area where the experience could have been better.

We had reserved a table for our anniversary at this restaurant. I had asked for a nice table with a view if possible. When we arrived, they escorted us to a booth. we asked for a table not a booth and they said all the tables are spoken for as they have an important guest who has requested the tables who was going to spend a lot of money with them. They had tables for four and I suggested we take one and they put four other people at the booth. That was a NO. Our table was not a priority and it was sit at a booth or outside if we wanted to dine there. My husband asked to speak with the hotel manager and we were told they can't help us as they are independent vendors there at the resort. As we were staying at the golf resort and had already planned the evening for our 48th wedding anniversary we decided to stay and sit outside at a patio table and chairs. The table was wobbly and they corrected it for us. I had the salmon and my husband the lamb. My salmon was overcooked which they replaced and the lamb was overcooked as well. Be prepared to pay for all selections separately. Most plates just come with just the meat or fish. The mashed potatoes were soupy and the grilled asparagus was in my opinion overcooked and not appetizing. They did offer us dessert on the house and we chose the Key lime pie which we do love. To our distaste it was not good. The pie had a runny egg white meringue on top and the pie was muddy looking, yuck. We were disappointed with our meal and treatment at this restaurant. I have to say our server was great and very accommodating. They did comp for my fish since it was redone and I had to wait to eat my dinner. Another note, the restaurant manager did come to visit us and apologize and so did the chef. It still did not change our first impression at this restaurant. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Don't expect to get special treatment and get your wallet out. It is what it is a BLT restaurant.

My daughter's filet was fatty and had to have another one cooked. My mother in laws filet was well done when she asked for medium rare. Service was okay.
