Disappointing. The service was slow, some of the servers seemed lost. , the worst part was that our stakes were not finished correctly. Everyone had a different variation, and not a single one was correct. They actually forgot one of the guest steak altogether. Not the best experience.

A very nice meal and cocktails on the veranda looking over the Blue Monster golf course. Servers were very attentive and helpful with suggestions. Food was very good. Price a little steep. We'll return.

Service was exemplary. I had the short ribs, tender and tasty but had too much fat. As the night progressed, the noise level did also, not unusual. For special occasions as it is about 18 miles from my home.

Steak was fair at best. The meat was grainy and overcooked. The mashed potatoes were barely warm. Very convenient while staying at resort nice atmosphere and service was good but food was very disappointing for the price.

Celebrated my birthday with my wife and daughter at this great steakhouse. Executive chef Tim Elmore came by to our table to provide my wife the recipe to one of her favorite dishes which was so nice of him to do. Really meant allot to my wife and was one of the highlights of the evening. The food was delicious as always and the cocktails are top notch as well. We always try to sit outside on the balcony to enjoy the sunset. Thank you Tim and the staff at BLT Prime!

Very surprised that our steaks were not tender. They had excellent flavor but were tough cutting and chewing. We are appreciative that the resturant permitted us to dine after playing 18 (golf) still wearing our golf attire.

Excellent ambience, food, and service. My husband and I went for dinner on Valentine's Day and had a wonderful experience. We were seated outside with a nice view of the golf course. We ordered a bottle of champagne and the Tomahawk steak for 2 (it's more than enough!) with a side. The service was friendly and the staff made recommendations and were attentive with our drinks. I'd love to come back!

After having made the reservation several days in advance, they placed me in the worst place in the restaurant, even a chair was missing from the table. The waiter's service was not good or cordial. We were truly disappointed for the high price of the food. They don't have the best service.
Our reservation was for 8pm. It was difficult to gain any attention to get menus, order drinks and food. Waiter would not make eye contact with our table, practically had to trip him to gain any service for the table. Food easily not delivered until after 10pm. When we tracked down the manager and brought up our concerns he said he wouldn't have staffed the evening the way it was and there was nothing he could do about it. He passed the blame to other managment.

Amazing service Beautiful restaurant and views The popover was yummy Great Old Fashioned The NYStrip was one of the best ever!!! Get the peppercorn sauce to dip your steak in. Also ask the server to have your steak cut in advance!!!! I've never had this done before, and the presentation was beautiful along with the taste was amazing. So cool to have such a high-quality piece of meat presented in some sort of a black skillet and cut almost like cubed. The chocolate cake was fantastic!!!!
Beautiful hotel and ambiance. Always an amazing evening. Food is great and service is impecable. The bar is cozy and bartenders are great. We were a group of 9. Once we sat down had tuna tartare, burrata and shrimp cocktail for apps. Filet, cowboy steak and skirt steak for dinner and my daughter in law ordered the sole. Mashed potatoes, green beans, fries and Caesar salad for sides. Excellent quality on all. Highly recommend for special occasions or just to have a great dinner.
