The egg rolls were a flavor. Idk what flavor but certainly a flavor. The Brussels sprouts were too salty to eat. They sent out to go order without one of the sauces and no silverware. The only edible thing was the chicken tenders.

The food is very good! I had the Brandon breakfast. I really love the hint of lemon in the pancakes! 😋 Next time I'm in Miami I'm definitely coming back to try lunch and dinner!
Blue Collar really delivers on [mostly] American classics. I highly recommend brunch. Check out Legion Park's farmer's market (half block away on Saturdays) on your way over.

Updating my review.
This was my third visit. I always come here on a weekday afternoon. There was no wait and many tables available.
We sat outside in a very comfortable booth table. Service was a bit slow, they seemed to be understaffed at this time of day.
The food has become way too salty for my taste. The meat was also burned in many areas.
The portion sizes are large and the cuisine is unique. The vegetarian in my party really loved the Veggie Plate!
Clean bathrooms. Free WiFi.

We go to Blue Collar at least four times each year. We went last night (Sunday, January 25) and were so disappointed we may not return. First, they were out of a few items that we wanted for our meals such as grilled chicken and a few menu items that required bread. Out of chicken breasts and bread? Next, they basically had one server who was responsible for all tables both inside and outside. While she had a terrific attitude and was pleasant, she couldn't give good service because she was stretched so thin. We had to ask for things multiple times.
It was a Sunday so the place was busy but it took quite a while to get our coffee. I thing being a sunday at noon all service was on the slow side due to the amount of patrons. I am a customer of the brand and will be back.
Based on the food alone, I would give Blue Collar perfect marks. What a great meal! I've never been there for dinner, only for lunch. It knocked it out of the park. The issue was really the service. When I go out to dinner, I don't like to feel like I don't know who's serving us or how the meal is going to be paced. I was completely in the dark as to who our server was or what group of employees were our servers and when our drinks would be there, when our appetizer(s) would be coming and when our main courses would arrive. The service issue isn't fatal and I'll still go to Blue Collar whenever I get the chance. Maybe since Blue Collar is a relaxed kind of place, the service is treated the same way? I've always thought the best service is like a duck on a pond. It looks relaxed on top but underneath, the duck is paddling like crazy. One last thing, I ordered what was called an "Original Martini." It not only came in a full to the brim glass, but it had a sidecar in a small shaker. Truly a great drink that I would definitely order again.
We had read an article awhile back on the best cheesesteak sandwiches O/S of Philadelphia. Blue Collar was high on that list and did not disappoint. Bothe me and my wife ordered this scrumptious sandwich. I had tried to order mine with added mushrooms only to be informed that they would not add it to the sandwich but would provide a side of mushrooms for my use. Bravo to the chef for NOT allowing the mushrooms to be added. Although a personal preference, I found myself enjoying the sandwich as is and eating the mushrooms as a side. Although my wife has never had the opportunity to try a Philly cheesesteak in the city of brotherly love, she stated that it was the best one that she has had to date. I agree as it's been too long since I've been to Philadelphia myself to savor the sandwich which bears their name. There are many other fine items on the menu, but if you want a great PCS, head to Blue Collar!

Excellent food with lots of choices among a mostly Cajun or New Orleans type food. Unique yet familiar comfort food. Descent prices and generous servings
We have eaten at Blue Collar several times over the years. This trip was a disappointment. We had the Whitestone Breakfast dish. The pancake was blah, the French toast over cooked (almost burnt) . At $33 it was way over priced. Our friends had a brisket sandwich and felt it was very skimpy and over priced.
The food and drinks were amazing! We had the salmon and ox tails and they didn't disappoint.
drinks were awesome and the salmon was delicious, but this so called award winning cheeseburger was just okay. good experience though
Good food and good service. We were greeted right away. Beer and food are reasonably priced. My skirt steak was great, along with the Brussels sprouts and roasted mushrooms. My husband ordered the breaded chicken with mashed potatoes. The restaurant offers parking for customers, which is a plus. I would go back again.
