I just happened to drive by Bolay and had never heard of it but it looked like a place I’d love. I ordered online and went back to pick up my tofu bowl within 5 minutes! It did not disappoint! Delicious and it hit the spot!

It was appalling that the server actually scraped a noodle off the CONTAMINATED cutting board platform and put it into my bowl, refused to provide me with the remaining 2 pieces of broccoli claiming it was "finished" and his colleague came with attitude when I told her I'm vegan and the meals they were to provide were to be Separate.
