Truly authentic! Best Aloo Gobi I've ever had, complex layers of flavors, big layer pieces of onion and tomato. The Baingan Bartha as well. Perfect smokey flavor. And I'm over 60 and picky, so this means something. The online ordering software was excellent, pick up time, spot on. My only negative comment is the quality of the naan. Could be lighter and softer in texture.
