BONDI is one of the restaurants for all occasions for every day you want to go have a great time, the atmosphere always has something special to offer one of my favorite spots ♥︎ a places to gather with friends or alone, what I like about place that you seat in a bar at the same time the chef surprises you with his own menu although they also has the menu with his exclusive food and above all you can watch them cook and see a delicious final art. One of the best chefs to offer you his exclusivity and specialty just for you Edwin the chef always surprises me by creating new delicious ideas every time I go to BONDI I have something different to try created by Edwin with the best products I recommend it to anyone 100%

Although we already have our usual Friday night take-out sushi spot, we wanted to try out Bondi Sushi. The food was good, but when we got home with our order (take out) we realized they didn't include one item. We called right away and we were asked if we could come back since they didn't have anyone to send over. We didn't go as we were ready for dinner. We were told they would reimburse the item, but it's been 4 days and nothing. Again food was good, but if you order take out make sure the order is complete to avoid this inconvenience...

The staff is warm, attentive, and knowledgeable, making you feel welcomed and well taken care of.
The sushi itself is nothing short of exceptional. Each piece is meticulously crafted, and the freshness of the ingredients is apparent in every bite. I was particularly impressed by their signature rolls, which not only looked beautiful but were an explosion of flavors. The fish is incredibly fresh, and the balance of flavors—from the perfectly seasoned rice to the delicate sauces—demonstrates the skill and passion of the chefs.
I recommend trying the omakase experience, where the chef’s selection shines with creative and refined offerings. The variety in textures and tastes is remarkable, and it’s clear that Bondi Sushi places a strong emphasis on both quality and innovation.

I recently had an awesome dinner at Bondi Sushi in Midtown, and it was such a great experience! The vibe was super welcoming, and the staff was really friendly right from the start. The sushi was on point so fresh and perfectly made. I highly recommend the surf and turf roll and the toro scallop roll. Also, the Truffle Avocado Crispy Rice was a pleasant surprise so creative and delicious! The service was top-notch too. Our server, Edzel, was super helpful with recommendations and made sure we had a great time (and the Matcha Parfait was a perfect way to end the meal). Big thanks to Chef Edwin and Camilo for the fantastic sushi and rolls! If you’re in Midtown and looking for sushi, Bondi Sushi is a spot worth checking out. Can’t wait to go back and try more!

Dined here last night. The chefs were super nice and offered outstanding service and food. They made up for the disappointing waiter - He began by telling us we couldn’t order yellowtail sashimi because they were saving it for the nigiri…we proceeded to watch how they made the sashimi for somebody else. He also made a mistake with our crispy rice order but that might have been genuinely just a mistake. One of the chefs told us we could get a discount if we signed our phone number for rewards but when we asked the waiter his response was “if you split the check only one of you can get the discount. If you don’t split the check and only one of you pays, you don’t get the discount.” Read that again, I as well was flabbergasted by the lack of logic on that. And he proceeded to say that the chef shouldn’t have told us that and that that wasn’t true. I’ve been to this location more than once and this is a new waiter, meanwhile the chefs have been there a while, I’d trust the chefs’ words more. Anyway, will come back, hope to meet with the chefs again but not really with this waiter <3
This is NOT how you roll maki. Also the person didn’t even look up from texting to take my order and I saw someone in the kitchen area pick his nose. Huge bummer as Bondi is generally good
