Caroline the red head made sure to make my experience here always a 10/10. she’s always very accompanying and always so welcoming. she was extremely attentive the entire time, food came out quick and was excellent!! she had such a welcoming smile and was always always making sure we had everything we need. Also abraham and louis adding an even better touch behind the bar with their talent. i came back already three times this week and made sure she was my server and will continue that way.
Caroline the red headed server was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! She’s vibrant, kind, professional, consistent, and a complete asset to this restaurant. Me and my sister love Bondi and have made it a tradition to revisit Bondi multiple times and she is one of the biggest reasons we do so. She always makes our experience extraordinary and keeps us always wanting to return. Thank you so much Bondi for having someone like Lous, Abraham, and especially Caroline on your team.

I enjoy Bondi and frequent for great handrolls, crispy rice, and nigiris at multiple locations, but this red haired server has given dreadful service the past two time she waited on me. The rest of the team was awesome, her attitude is not good, she is not welcoming, she didn’t not pre bus, bus, check in to see how anything was, and didn’t come back to refill water or see if we wanted to order anything else. I fully intended to order more but I was so turned off by her attitude that we decided to just leave. Tipped and unfortunately it’s pooled because I would prefer not to leave her anything.

Many thanks to Chef Luis and our server Duban! The Omakase experience was so delicious and at a great value compared to other Omakases in Miami. It is very hard to pick a favorite nigiri, the rice was delicious and the fish was fresh and perfectly complimented with the sauces, caviar, veggies, etc etc. Do not skip on the fried rice, they are all delicious, specially the spicy tuna and the salmon! But the avocado is also really nice to reset the palate! Lastly, I have to compliment the matcha cheesecake, which was just sublime. It's one of those perfectly balanced, not too sweet but still tasty! It's a great spot for anyone in the area, fear not, this is a easy recommendation.

I usually go to the brickell location- But decided to try Midtown while my parents were in town. Top notch service from start to finish. Our server (sorry, didn’t get your name) was extremely attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Luis, the sushi chef, was the epitome of hospitality and we all left happy & well fed!! 10/10
