Went to have dinner and when I asked for the bill I saw that I did not have a points in my account. As per the manager the points expire after 3 months if not used. I advised I was out of the country and his answer was am sorry and he told me I need to check the bonefish app more often. I advised that I will not be going back to bonefish for a long time. He could care less. His answer was sorry. And left my table and later came back and told me here’s a free coupon for an appetizer for when u come back if you do it not it’s ok . And that’s the kind of manager you have at the 8th st location in Miami Fla !!!!! I will not go back to there again.

We came to try this location and our server Amanda made it an amazing experience. She is so sweet and warm and really goes out of her way to make sure you enjoy your dinner. Now we are regulars here and only come if Amanda will serve us. The food is always cooked so well and is very delicious.

The food and service was great but we mentioned that the table cloth was disgusting and the manager never came by to see our concerns or offer if there’s anything they could do. . That says a lot about who Is managing the restaurant. I would post a picture but it’s not giving me an option.
