We had a reservation and did not get seated for 45 minutes after our reservation time. Cook time was very slow. Our waiter was great though. And the manager was good as far as coming over to take care of an issue we had.

I’m sorry it has taken so long to leave a review, but my wife and I visited the Bonefish Grill at 12520 sw 120 street in Miami. It was right before the holidays and we were not really expecting great service, just good enough because every restaurant in Miami, with a few exceptions, has dropped the ball on service, since Covid. Well, we were incredibly surprised. Our server was a young lady by the name of Julie and she was amazing. She was courteous, friendly, professional and extremely helpful. She checked on us constantly and took care of our constant requests for different things. Her attitude and willingness to help was impressive. We also requested drinks and bread from a runner named Bryan, and again his attitude and willingness to serve were beyond what we have experienced at high end restaurants. My wife and I were so impressed, that we asked for the manager to inform them of our experience. Marissa Merino was the manager that came to our table. After speaking to Ms Merino for about 10 minutes, we automatically knew why her employees gave out such incredible service. She too was amazing and pleasant to speak to. She was so grateful for our feedback. My wife and I frequent local restaurants very often and this one will always be at the top of our list. Thank you very much for everything.

Very disappointed The worst experience ever. This was a drink pairing event-reservation only. I made not one but two confirmations but arrive to find our name in the computer but not on the handwritten list(who uses that anymore?) which is what they go by to seat you so we wait and see what they can do. In the meantime others are being seated. Mind you each table has a place card with your name on it. While we were waiting another person in our group started walking around looking at the empty tables and finds my name! Good thing because they were about to seat another party with the same problem we had there!Came back and told the manager and we were seated. 6:30 dinner reservations that didn't start until 7:15 with first drink. 20 minutes later the appetizer appeared but not up to usual Bang Bang Shrimp standards. After the appetizer-about 30 minutes later they bring second drink again with long delay before food. This went on for the entire 5 course meal with drink pairing. Bring drink then wait a long time for food? How can you enjoy the flavors of the meal combined with the drink if most of your drink is gone before the food? Or your drink gets warm while you wait? The service was very slow, the servers were working hard but had too many tables each for attentive service. The food coming out of the kitchen was slow-maybe they were short staffed also? The meals were not up to usual Bonefish quality. I think we will pass on the monthly pairing events for the future. The gentleman manager for this nights event needs to get his act together. He never even came around to the tables like the woman manager does. Very disappointed

Way too crowded; they did not put a "cap" on reservations!! Took too long between courses so, as a result, the food was cold. The servers were running around trying to get everyone served...the whole thing was a disaster!!!

I haven't been to Bonefish in years. On the cover restaurant looks very inviting until your seated then you notice the dust on the the wood fixtures next to the table, just showed lack of cleaning being done. Anyway the food was okay nothing really stood out. Lobster stuffed shrimp sounded good but wasn't. Desert was good, cheesecake with warm cherries... Drinks were amazing...
