We had a reservation and did not get seated for 45 minutes after our reservation time. Cook time was very slow. Our waiter was great though. And the manager was good as far as coming over to take care of an issue we had.

I’m sorry it has taken so long to leave a review, but my wife and I visited the Bonefish Grill at 12520 sw 120 street in Miami. It was right before the holidays and we were not really expecting great service, just good enough because every restaurant in Miami, with a few exceptions, has dropped the ball on service, since Covid. Well, we were incredibly surprised. Our server was a young lady by the name of Julie and she was amazing. She was courteous, friendly, professional...

Very disappointed The worst experience ever. This was a drink pairing event-reservation only. I made not one but two confirmations but arrive to find our name in the computer but not on the handwritten list(who uses that anymore?) which is what they go by to seat you so we wait and see what they can do. In the meantime others are being seated. Mind you each table has a place card with your name on it. While we were waiting another person in our group started walking around looking...
