I've been here a few times and have also ordered for delivery. When I've gone in to order, i was sent to a screen, even though there was a lady at a register and i was the only person in the restaurant. When they first opened, the food was amazing and now, the last few times it has been horrible. The food has been cold, I've ordered extra plantains for my food but it hasn't been added, even though I was charged extra for it. The lechon I ordered with my bowl was basically the last burned pieces that were left over. I ordered the same for my kids and theirs as well was hard and even burnt. I really hope that they go back to making good food.

The food and the service here was excellent. Thank you to the lovely ladies July,Evelyn, and Lorena who provided great customer service. The atmosphere was good. I came to Miami on vacation and decided to stop in based on other reviews. I got the empanadas and the monkey bread the best I have ever tasted.

a nice atmosphere. The food could use seasoning, my eggs tasted plain. The cilantro sauce tasted bland, but overall it was a really good place. Congrats

What a pleasant surprise to come across this place, great coffee, beautiful dining room.
Get the el smash, you won’t regret it!
Liked the Cuban and the pork sandwich. Would give 5 star if they had more meat.

Not what I expected and not that great for the amount of money spent. No communication till you pick up order. I ordered in the restaurant and still no communication.

The building and modern look is 10 times better than the actual food .The menu is not extensive. The Cuban steak sandwich is small , steak is paper thin, Very thin slice of tomatoe, And spicy seasoning which makes Mexican not Cuban . The thing plantain chips were burnt. And the pastries were minimal choices and looked stale. I’m surprised all these good reviews where they came from?
The place was empty and only cars parked where from customers of Latin American restaurant next door who walked over and used their parking . This modern copycat of what they think a Cuban sandwich shop should be like. Cool Grafitti and painted cement warehouse look but the food leaves alot to be desired and priced not accordingly. The help young cashier speaks low voice you can barely hear with broken English .
If you’re looking for Cuban sandwiches or food this is not the place . Name is fitting. The Bored Cuban serves boring food not tasty. Which goes to show you can’t trust a book by its cover 😜

Really cute spot. You can order from a small screen (like all places nowadays) nice music and ambiance, service was quick, menu was neatly presented and from coffee to monkey bread items were very tasty, not impressed with their regular quesitos but everything else was excellent.

What an amazing gem ! If spinal tap had the mac and cheese they would rate it 11/10 for sure. Ice coffee was a delight to the senses.
