I recently had my daughter's wedding shower at Boulud Sud Miami. I cannot say enough about how amazing the entire staff was before, during, and after our event. They were so kind, attentive, and the service was excellent! A special thank you to Evren Cetin and Jay Gonzalez who were the GM and Manager on Duty respectively! They went above and beyond to make my daughter's event perfect in every way! The food was delicious and all of our guests commented on both the food and service! Also thank you to Jonathan Galindo, the Director of Social Event Sales, who helped me to book and coordinate the event details!

From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The restaurant is beautifully designed—elegant, sophisticated, and warmly inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable dining experience. Every detail reflects care, taste, and refinement.
The food was absolutely outstanding. Each dish crafted by the Chef was not only visually stunning but meticulously executed. Every bite delivered a remarkable harmony of flavors—complex yet perfectly balanced—where freshness and quality were unmistakable. The tasting journey felt intentional and inspired, with textures and flavors unfolding gracefully on the palate. It is rare to encounter cuisine that excites all the senses so consistently.
The service was equally impeccable. Our server, Arun, provided truly first-class hospitality—professional, attentive, and genuinely kind—elevating the entire experience with seamless and thoughtful service.
Chef Ryan Rutherford demonstrates extraordinary talent and vision. The precision, creativity, flavor depth, and flawless presentation of each plate clearly reflect a chef operating at the highest level. In my professional opinion, the caliber of cuisine presented here is truly deserving of Michelin-level recognition. This is food that tells a story, evokes emotion, and leaves a lasting impression.
I would return without hesitation—again and again. A well-deserved standing ovation for the Chef and the entire team. Congratulations on delivering such an exceptional culinary experience.

I’ve had dinner here twice. It has not disappointed me yet. Again not the best dinner in downtown but far from the worst. I actually really like their appetizers more than the entrees. Their croquettes and Octopus are my favorite picks.

The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, with a lovely interior design and inviting ambiance. The bar is especially gorgeous, offering a mix of dinner tables and low lounge seating that accommodates different dining preferences.
We ordered quite a few dishes. The gambas appetizer was the star of the meal—cooked to perfection and bursting with bright harissa and lemon flavor. The butternut squash ravioli was also delicious and well executed.
The salmon was cooked well, though I wished it had a bit more flavor, as it was served without a noticeable marinade. The black lentils were quite al dente, so if you don’t enjoy a firmer texture, this may not be for you.
The patatas bravas were my least favorite dish. They didn’t seem very fresh and lacked flavor. I didn’t taste any harissa and there was very little mayo, so the dish didn’t stand out and we didn’t end up eating much of it.
The most ordered item at our table was the Moroccan chicken tagine. As someone who is Moroccan, I’ll give the French chef credit for creativity and for cooking the couscous grains perfectly—just like my mother does. However, the spice profile threw me off. It was very heavy, particularly on cinnamon or one of the seven spices. In Moroccan cuisine, these spices are usually used more subtly, as a background flavor rather than being front and forward. For that reason, I’d rate the chicken tagine a 3.5 out of 5.
Overall, I’m sure there are many other delicious items on the menu. We tried a lot, were very full, and left satisfied. Thank you, Boulud Sud Miami.

I’m honestly surprised this place isn’t all over social media, because everything here is exceptional. I tried the Miami Spice menu and, despite being a promo, the portions, flavors, and overall quality were absolutely impeccable.
The mushroom risotto was rich and perfectly cooked, the duck confit was tender and delicious, and the squash ravioli was simply outstanding. Truly some of the best dishes I’ve had in Miami.
The atmosphere is another highlight. The lounge area has such a great vibe—perfect for hanging out with friends or enjoying a date night. They even have a DJ, which creates a fun but classy ambiance. On another visit, I sat in the main dining room for a business dinner and appreciated the privacy and calmness there. It’s versatile, elegant, and welcoming in every setting.
Boulud Sud deserves way more attention online. This is definitely a hidden gem in Downtown Miami. Highly recommend!

Came here for lunch, food was delicious, our waiter recommended mushroom risotto and we were so glad he did, so much flavor really tasty. All dishes had beautiful presentation. Restaurant itself is very cute too. Service is great. Only con was $9 latte, I know it is Miami but seems a bit much for a single shot cup.

We checked in to the hotel and were in a desperate need of food. So glad we chose to get early dinner at Boulud. Great service. Food was delicious. We got greek salad, burrata salad, pasta, burger (nothing special), charred broccoli (100/10) and truffle fries.
They also have dj on weekends which is nice.

We tried Boulud Sud during Miami Spice and were pleasantly surprised by the value — $60 for appetizers, a main, and dessert for two people is a great deal. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The only drawback was that the Miami Spice menu didn’t include items from their main menu, which was a bit of a shame because we enjoyed the plates so much. Portions were sized for one person, so it’s not really a spot for sharing. The desserts, however, were out of this world — easily the highlight of the meal. Our server mentioned they rotate the menu seasonally, so we’ll definitely be back to try the winter menu. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a great dining experience during Miami Spice.

When I saw that Boulud Sud, the Miami outpost of world-renowned chef Daniel Boulud, had a Miami Spice menu, I had to check it out. For Miami Spice, it's just $35 for three courses, and it did not disappoint.
I started with a mixed green salad topped with crispy shallots, fresh, savory, and full of texture.
Then came a Miami twist on the French classic steak frites: perfectly cooked steak finished with chimichurri, and fries that were golden and crisp, exactly as they should be. And to finish, a citrus pavlova. Light, delicate, and refreshing, with that perfect balance of texture and flavor.
For $35, this is hands-down one of the best Miami spice lunches you can tina. My personal bill was a bit higher because I added wine, sparkling water, and an espresso to end the meal, but you would be perfectly happy to enjoy the $35 menu by itself.
Highly recommend.

Miami Spice 2025 what an amazing opportunity to try Boulud Sud Miami. You can't miss going to this place. It's Chef directed the tastes perfect, exquisite, well planned and you don't need extensive menu items. For miami spice lunch we had the shrimp appetizer with a foccacia toast the sauce had a perfect balance of flavor. Main course hanger steak perfectly cooked, meat tender and flavorful, even the chimichurri was outstanding. Dessert warm from scratch Madeline's and the coffee tart unique flavors that blended. Service staff were friendly, professional. There's not one item I can state that was mor excellent. Don't miss out.. go to Boulud Sud.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile. We tried the Miami Spice Menu and we loved it! The gambas were specially good and it came in a generous portion. The warm madeleines are just delicious and there were so many, we had to take some home. The service was impeccable and friendly. Nina, the manager, took such good care of us, we felt pampered. We saw her being as nice with other people too, so it’s probably her nature. I will definitely be back!
