Came here for a quick drink before dinner. Did not realize it was inside a Marriott at first. Loved the decor and service.
Drinks were really good, oysters were really good. Will come back and stay here.

Booked dinner for my wife and me. Ordered from the Miami spice menu. I got the beef carpaccio which was a rock, frozen solid, totally inedible, had to send it back. My wife got the burrata salad with heirloom tomatoes which was very tasty. For the entree she got the hanger steak medium and they nailed the cook. I got the zucchini risotto which was crunchy and undercooked, it needed at least 5 more minutes cooking. Had to send that dish back too. I booked this restaurant mainly for the name on the door but sadly the kitchen team totally destroyed my dining experience with their lack of attention to the dishes they were sending out. Dessert were tasty. And service from Arun was excellent, he was attentive yet not intrusive. And I know it was not his fault the kitchen kept making mistakes. We will not return.
Overall I DO NOT recommend Boulud Sud Miami for dinner when there are several other restaurants in Brickell who consistently never miss the mark.

Main bartender behind the bar (short Latin guy with glasses) is slimy ; no hospitality, just cold robotic treatment (i wast even given menu or water). Guy is miserable
Excellent food and service. Such fresh and clean Mediterranean cuisine.

No photos need. Great ambience as you walk into the dinning room, extremely friendly staff all around. Our server, Arun, was phenomenal from start to finish. He could have served me fast food and I would have left happy. But luckily the food lived up to his level of service. Started with some octopus that was plated very well (loved the sliced large portions that showed the beautiful inside next to the tentacles) our 1 year old loved it.
Entrees- Who orders non locally caught salmon at a restaurant in 2024 (my daughter does) and expects to it blow you away? Well it did, the plating was on point and colorful but not silly, the skin was perfectly crispy and the filet itself literally melted in your mouth. She crushed it. Wifey had the vegetable gnocchi, I was only able to steal 2 before it was gone… I had the wagyu ny, could have held more seasoning but its a wagyu so I can’t complain at all let the meat talk for itself. Wanted MR came more rare but again it’s a damn wagyu, eat it raw and you are straight… chocolate fondant for dessert delivered a nice sweet ending for the fam. Sweet & spicy margarita was absolute fire 10/10. Would drink 5 if the kids were home. Manger on duty was very sweet and helpful and just insured we had a very nice night. We are on a day trip and live an hour and a half away and felt like we were on a long foreign vaca (all the other tables speaking other languages helped too). Being in the industry it’s nice to go out and actually enjoy every aspect of your experience. Our second time at this hotel and it’s becoming one of our favorites in town and tonight’s dinner had a big influence.

Everything fantastic. The luxury food, the beautiful setting and the attention of the staff in general, a special mention for Carlos and Arun, who made us feel like guests. The price is according to the quality. Thank you for an unforgettable evening.

Excellence of service started at the host podium and continued throughout the entire dining experience. Service (both food and beverage) at the bar was friendly, attentive, and accurate. Camillo was very helpful with some suggestions. Multiple people at the bar also seemed to be having the same enjoyable time that I was. Extremely clean dining room with some superb menu options, including one dessert (and I rarely order desserts) that was superb. Easy to recommend the Baklava Cake, and also easy to recommend the Grilled Branzino. The crafted cocktails at the bar are pretty exquisite as well. There is not one single thing I'd have changed about my visit, as it was pretty much perfection. Thanks!!

Good place for a getaway
We sat down to eat lunch and ordered Bloody Mary’s and the Hamachi crudo. While we were there, our friends happened to call, and when we told them where we were, they told us to leave because they had lunch here the day before, and it was terrible. We took their advice after eating our appetizer, and a few hours later were sick with food poisoning - we suspect the sashimi. For the high-end price point, you should keep looking.

One of my favorite places in Miami, this gem never fails to impress! With its delicious food, amazing service, and tranquil ambiance, it's the perfect spot for a memorable dining experience. The sommelier's wine recommendations are always on point. ?❤️
