Took an Uber over to check out Focal on Saturday night. At 9:40pm, it was all locked up with the lights off. Instagram said open till 12am. Their posted hours on the door said they close at 12am. We were disappointed to say the least. I guess you can’t trust their posted hours.

Brewery is in an isolated location and is fairly barebones. Staff are very friendly, but beers are not very refined. So-so right now, but hopefully they’ll get better with experience

Thanks to Focal Beer Cafe, we were able to throw an amazing party at their venue! As huge craft beer & brewery fans, it was really a dream come true. From the very first meeting with Leo, my husband, Jeremy, and I knew this was the right space. Leo was incredibly welcoming and helpful towards our vision of the party - his communication was speedy, he warmly welcomed all of our ideas, and had some great suggestions too. On the week and day of the event, Carlos was a huge help as well. The party exceeded our expectations! Everything went flawlessly. Our guests loved the entire brewery and of course, their beer lineup. Leo and Carlos are both great guys, and a pleasure to work with - from event planning, to setting up on the big day, and of course, brewing the awesome beers. We 100% recommend Focal Beer Cafe for their beers and for their awesome event space!

Okay.. I haven't been to a whole lot of steakhouses.....I've been to other upscale steakhouses around San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas,etc.... but I think this has got to be one of my favorite steak places by far.When I came here I thought expensive and small portions... then I got my food... and boy was i surprised!!!! I had a HUGE Ribeye, with scalloped potatoes and string beans. it's soOoOOoo freaking good.... medium rare. Yummmmm.

A beautiful Saturday having lunch here with no fog in sight and it's warm too!We were going to eat upstairs at Beach Chatlet but it was a 45 minute wait at noon so we decided to park ourselves here instead.We were asked if we would like to sit indoor/outdoor (sun or no sun area).

Saw this on Facebook and it looked so good and I was even happier when I found out they sold beer!!!! Their hot dogs were so fat and juicy so many options to put on a dog! Who woulda thought! Service was amazing! The girls are so nice! One of the kitchen workers was lookin fine as'f too! Can't wait til I can come back!
