If you’re a true coffee snob the quality of bean here is THE BEST in Miami. The caffeine is strong and rich. Yes it’s pricey but I can TASTE why. The staff are always sweet and i come very regularly. The only place I will happily pay a premium price tag for because that is what they give.
Best coffee place in MIAMI. NOT UP FOR DEBATE. It's still true! None better in Miami

The difference between a large drink and a small drink is nothing. It’s literally the same cup with $4 price difference so save your money and get a small instead of large. Enjoyed the coffee but the seize difference is a lot.

I dropped in for iced chai as I was walking around Miami. It was really tasty. The space looked really nice too.

They made me a wonderful matcha latte. Perfect amount of sweetness (I asked for it to be sweet). Kind staff. I actually ended up ordering 2 matcha lattes cus I loved it. Was able to be very productive in my work.

Stopped by Breezeblock Coffee one morning—noticed the place is bright, clean, and tucked into the Alea lobby. Got an iced latte and a croissant; both were solid and well-balanced. The staff was friendly and it’s a nice spot to get some work done or chill for a bit. No frills, but coffee here gets the job done.

I’m a coffee snob, to the extent that I’ll ask a cafe what kind of beans they use before ordering their overpriced coffee… Without question, this is an artisanal coffee shop that does everything the right way; from the espresso pull, to the perfect blend of ingredients for each of their drink offerings.
Pricey, but you’re getting high quality beans, house-made syrup, and coffee made right.
Don’t be misled by the negative reviews—many of them seem to come from people unfamiliar with European or UK-style coffee and likely loyal to Starbucks-style drinks.
Pro: Breeze Block nails the espresso-to-foam ratio. That soft, warm first sip you dream about? This is it. I’ve tried nearly every buzzed-about coffee spot in Miami, and most lattes or oat flat whites end up watery and imbalanced. Not here.
Con: They share a space with a hotel lobby, so timing is key. Try to go before 9 AM or after 1 PM to avoid the hotel’s check-out rush.
There’s a few parking garages or street parking nearby but I typically walk a mile to get here.
All in all I come here at least 4x a week with joy.

It’d be great if the $14 pour overs were made correctly. I’ve never seen a contact time for a professional brew go over 7 minutes. If you’ve created a new recipe I’m open to hearing it but the last thing this industry needs are baristas who are delusional about their skills. I can handle snobbery when the coffee is dialed but it’s laughable to hear how smug and pretentious this staff is when they can’t even dial in pour overs. Perhaps the espresso is dailed in but I think the term is latte artist not barista at this location. The guy with the long shaggy hair made my pour over and it’s not the first time I’ve witnessed the contact time going over 7 minutes. For $14 plus tip I expect the coffee to be dialed in at the very least. Don’t think of it like a bad customer experience. Think of it like wasting specialty coffee because your staff can’t make a pour over correctly. When I asked the barista they insisted it was the regular recipe but I’ve never seen a brewers cup or any legitimate hand brew station go over 7 minutes unless it’s a no bypass brew. If you’re looking no for expensive pretentiousness with no customer service and lack luster bar skills this is the place for you. Just because a customer doesn’t complain in the moment doesn’t mean they won’t tell their friends. Ultimately it’s just a stain on the baristas who care and work towards professional standards. But hey join the club of pretentious baristas who don’t have an sca cert who believe they know everything. It makes a great experience for your customers.

Nice little espresso bar tucked in building lobby. They offer a selection of espresso and pour over beans from high quality roasters like SEY from NYC! Not many good coffee spots in Miami so definitely check this place out of you're into specialty coffee

Breezeblock Coffee is by far the best coffee shop I've been to in Miami. I completely recommend going here. Great roast of bean, great pastries, and great overall staff and experience. Home away from home.
