I was a weekly customer of this place for several years until they recently changed ownership. They raised their prices and charge a 3.5% service fee for card transactions (which they do not disclose)! Who pays with cash nowadays anyway?! They also discontinued a 10% building resident discount. You just lost loyal customer.

They are enticing you and almost forcing you to pay with Cash because if you pay with a card they completely rip you off with a service fee. Who pays with cash now a days? And why high service charges of 3.5%+ to pay with a card? Not a smart way to do business imo. You will be loosing customers this way and you definitely just lost one. Not buying from them anymore! Super awesome, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very efficient and they also have a super large selection. Definitely recommend going to this store if you need to buy alcohol in the Brickell area!

The employee was very rude. I asked him to deliver something to me which is next door to their place and he said he didn’t have the fob to go upstairs anymore so I said all he had to do was to tell the front desk and they would let him up. Then he said he was the only one at the store so I asked him the time the delivery person would be back. He hung up on me. So rude and unacceptable. I have never written a review before but I feel people need to know. I will never buy from them again.
If you live in the neighborhood and need something quick, they offer convenience. However, the store is dirty and products are overpriced. If you order something on sale from their website - they will not honor the sale price. They claim that they do not run their website. Truly unbelievable. Their entrance pretty much sums up their operation (see pictures).

Popped in for a few bottles of spirits and they actually had one of my favs on sale so I purchased that one too. Excellent customer service from the staff and the gentleman was very knowledgeable!! I appreciate them and prices foe Brickell were decent !! Thanx guys!!
