I had a wonderful time in this place. We loved the fantastic atmosphere and the menu. The waiters were super personal. I am happy we ultimately decided to visit here.

We had a large party and so we had a good time. Ordered chicken with pasta.The chicken was cold. Then I asked for balsamic dressing and came after I finished eating my salad. Service way too slow! Needed at least 2-3 servers to accommodate the group's need. Manager should have been more helpeful and assigned others to help with the service.

Our waiter, Omar R., was great. He was quick, attentive, and polite. The food was delicious. My carbonara was simple and flavorful, just as I like it. Dishes were light on sauces, next time I'll ask for more generous servings.

Food is very tasty. Service is lacking. We had to request simple things like water, sweetener, hot tea, repeatedly. Never got the sweetener or the hot tea. Carpet needs cleaning. It makes the restaurant smell dirty.
They were out of three items we chose from the menu. Tables around us dirty. Floor is disgusting, trash, paper menus on the floor. Service could be better...slow!

I really hoped I would've read the reviews before coming here. There was a long wait time just to be seated, the food wasn't very good as it arrived cold to the touch. The average wait time just to get your appetizers, entree, drinks, etc. is literally 30+ minutes. The customer service was decent, but they've really got to work on the quality of their food.
