We had a large party and so we had a good time. Ordered chicken with pasta.The chicken was cold. Then I asked for balsamic dressing and came after I finished eating my salad. Service way too slow! Needed at least 2-3 servers to accommodate the group's need. Manager should have been more helpeful and assigned others to help with the service.

I am definitely coming back. There's so much more of the menu I want to discover. Truthfully I went for a glass of wine and had the margherita flat bread which was good but not the very best I've tried. Still what I saw around me looked amazing. The service was good except we waited a long while sometimes. However the person that greeted us CRAIG was absolutely phenomenal! Constantly checking on us and making sure we were happy. The place is beautiful and very romantic. Inside and outside seating. I am definitely revisiting and adding pictures and comments to this post

Where to begin. We've given this place 4 chances and it has failed every time. Terrible service. That can't be stressed enough. Food came out cold in the middle, drinks are awful, service feels rushed. One time we sat there for 15 minutes and were never acknowledge and eventually left. A real shame considering Brio is usually a nice restaurant

Our waiter, Omar R., was great. He was quick, attentive, and polite. The food was delicious. My carbonara was simple and flavorful, just as I like it. Dishes were light on sauces, next time I'll ask for more generous servings.

Fancy romantic , good small amount food that u can eat late at night
Food is very tasty. Service is lacking. We had to request simple things like water, sweetener, hot tea, repeatedly. Never got the sweetener or the hot tea. Carpet needs cleaning. It makes the restaurant smell dirty.

Food was ok they seemed to be busy in the kitchen and my dish was warm not hot like I like my food to be . Now our server was really kind and the ambience was pleasant but my food experience was kinda disappointing. The dish was a nice serving size the other dishes in our party were tasty . Maybe next time around I might find a better meal experience.

This place sucks. It looks like a 4-star restaurant, but it barely makes 3-stars. We've been there about 4 times now and we always have an issue. Last night was it for us. They were out of pizza, meatballs, lobster bisque, and the first two Italian wines we asked for. How can you be out of pizza and meatballs at an Italian restaurant!? We literally had to ask to be given napkins as the table had none. They laid out bare utensils. They were also out of crayons for the kids. I ordered the Lamb Chops, medium, they came out raw on the inside, cold raw. They took them back cut them in half then cooked them well. Last time I ordered the lasagna, and they served a bowl of meat sauce and cheese as if the lasagna had been in a car accident and fell apart. The place is mostly understaffed. Never enough waiters, and the welcome staff seems to change regularly and are not very welcoming. With a half-empty restaurant, we were told to wait 25 minutes to seat 4 adults and two kids. In any case, the food is always average. I'm done with Brio. Try Ciro's Italian restaurant across the street next to Publix. That's amazing.
