Tried for first time and was extremely disappointed. In fact, I've never even written a review before. Ordered $25 worth of chicken, a #3 and a single extra tender. Chicken (pictured) was nearly inedibly dry. Flavor was good, but it was entirely overcooked. Fries and sauce were okay. Server was incredibly polite. In lieu with the overall good reviews, I'm sure this was just a blip on the radar, but it still left me feeling like recommending you try something else instead. Will not be trying again.

Honestly, this was the best service I’ve had in years when eating out. They made a small mistake, owned up to it immediately, fixed it fresh, and even gave us complimentary items. Excellent service!

Super unimpressed. I can appreciate that the food was fresh but it lacked flavor. The chicken was covered in some seasoning but it just tasted hot, there wasn't any real flavor beyond that. My husband said the cajun fries barely had any flavor. My husband is a big eater and didn't finish it...take that for what you will. The employee we spoke with was nice.

Been looking for the best Hot Chicken spot and I think I found it. Randy and his crew over at Bro’s Hot Chicken are doing it right serving delicious Hot & Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Tenders. I got the #3 Hot and it didn’t disappoint. The Bro Sauce was amazing too, really good spot I will be back here many more times.

This place is a hidden gem. Hany was awesome super knowledgeable and patient. Her energy and vibe really made the place. I would definitely recommend coming but dont get the extra the hot cause it hits different and I love hot stuff but sheesh lol
