Nasty attitude poor customer service. I called to place an order on the phone the young lady answer the phone had a disgusting attitude I just changed my mind. I don’t want no one with poor customer service handling my food. I am a first time customer and I heard how good the food was so I decided to do a take out order .This business gonna lose a lot of customers because of workers who doesn’t want to work.

Customer service was very poor. Cashier got aggravated bc i was asking questions about the menu. They didn’t have everything on the menu. The wait wasn’t long but i had to wait longer bc they dropped my chicken at the time of ordering, which was fine. I wanted smothered steak but was told they dont sell it. They were out of oxtails so i settled for fried chicken. Instead of fried chicken i was given chicken wings. The chicken wings were very salty from the lemon pepper seasoning. They were super overcooked and over-seasoned. I also ordered potato salad, it was just hunks of potatoes with mayo and mustard mixed together. No eggs, no relish. I ordered yams. They were alright not the best but were edible. My meal also came with a bed of rice and peas. It was the only thing in my plate that was actually good. My husband ordered a rib plate, with greens and yams. His meal also came with a bed rice and peas. His ribs were good well seasoned and cooked. His greens were good. Seasoned perfectly. And I’ve already commented on the yams. This is not a place i would eat at regularly. I probably won’t ever come back just being honest. The atmosphere was okae. Chill calming vibe. Would have been better with a little music but my overall experience wasn’t great.

I just ordered a steak breakfast with chicken wings, eggs, toast, and grits. I've eaten at different restaurants but for the first time I was extremely disappointed as to how terrible this food tasted. The grits tasted like they have been sitting on the stove for hours, the steak was well done, yet it was very tough to eat and the worst part was that it was a minimal amount of seasoning. Lastly the chicken wings didn't look or tasted fresh. Just an overall disaster, my suggestion will be to find a chef that knows how to actually cook and season food. OMG!!! 🙄

Its sad i have to do this but ive been coming to this restaurant for years and never had a problem. The past 3 times ive gone, i have been greeted with a nasty attitude and horrible food quality. I guess thats the price you pay for cheap prices. Im never going back again and i don’t recommend. Trash

Truthfully, the first time I went was probably the best and that was a while ago now when I go.. it’s either they never make it right by missing something or something I paid extra for isn’t there either. Not to mention I always call it in before I even get there cause I stay nowhere near the location I get there and always have to wait over 30-40 mins when I could have sworn I called it in 30 mins ago… It’s always something honestly it’s sad because I never got to meet the owner and I really wanted too. But I’ll maybe try them again Later down the line hopefully they have actual workers fr.. cause I’m blowedd.

This place is a MUST GO 2 If u in the area best price in the citttyyyyyy my first time was Tuesday and omggggg youll soooooo good and I went back today to make sure it was that good ???and try sumn different and it was still good ?????? I couldn’t believe the prices????⭐️⭐️ I wish I lived in the area I would be there every day for breakfast they would be sick of me ???⭐️⭐️the girl at the window is sooooo nice great service 5?????
