- amazing sharer platter and shrimp starters but garlic bread was cold and didn't have much flavour - service very slow! The waitress was friendly and polite but it took an age to even get drinks - mains were ok. Salmon dry and little flavour, steak lovely, chicken salad came without chicken until I queried it

Ich komme seit sechs Jahren jedes Jahr nach Miami und leider wird dieser Laden jedes Mal etwas schlechter. Die Toiletten sind überhaupt nicht mehr begehbar. Der Service ist lustlos und wirft einem das Essen auf den Tisch. Alles wirkt etwas schmuddelig. Ursprünglich war ich begeistert vom Konzept jedoch ist die Umsetzung in den letzten Jahren immer schwächer geworden. Ich werde den Laden nicht mehr besuchen.

We had an allergy to tomatoes at our table and was told that we couldn't get the artichoke dip without tomatoes. The food was so so.

Service was atrocious. Our server took our order never came back never filled our drinks. We had to have the manager come over just so we can get the bill. Of course our server said he was sorry at tip time.

Terrible experience since we arrived.. We went on Sunday 12th around 3 or 4 pm. The host had really bad attitude. The restaurant had tons of available tables, however She decided to sit us really far close to the bathrooms. We waited around 15 minutes, no one even ask if we want water.. So we decided to leave. Maybe I would understand if the place was packed but as I said at the beginning. There was plenty of room with empty tables. This place was one of our favorites when we visit Miami, definitely not coming back!!!

Booked to eat here based on TA reviews and its proximity to Bayside. Lead to our table by a friendly server. Waitress at our table seemed fed up and harassed. Drinks took a long time. No recommendations on food. We ordered a mixture of mains. All came after a considerable wait. Totally not worth the wait. Greasy, tasteless and bland. Wouldn't go back. Generic chain restaurant.

We made a reservation and arrived to a very empty restaurant. The hostess was not at the stand and greeted us when we were halfway to our table. Our server was sweet but seemed new. We communicated that we were on a time crunch (allowing an hour or so before our bus tour within walking distance from the restaurant). We put in our appetizers and main order at the same time and waited longer than 30 minutes, but still no appetizers. We expressed our concern to the server Nicholas that the table behind us, that arrived after us, received their appetizer (shrimp cocktail) before us. I know it is not the server's fault. He kept saying that he has asked the kitchen for an update on the food but unfortunately we had to leave, as time was running out. Poor and unprofessional experience.

The good: tasty food, excellent service from our server. The manager came to say hi and was very nice and friendly The bad: shrimp tasted chalky, likely frozen for too long and/or overcooked. But still very tasty, we finished 2 lbs between 2 people The ugly: the man's bathroom was a total disgrace - both toilets plugged with “stuff”, one urinal closed, one fill to the brim. Unexpectedly dirty overall. Greeter at the entrance hated her job - uninterested and unprofessional.

I reserved a table 4 days before Thanksgiving, and expected to eat the Thanksgiving meal they were providing. When we got there, they said they would seat us "because we had a reservation". I am not a seafood eater, so I was going to have the traditional Thanksgiving offering. When we sat down, we were handed a paper menu, but were told "they didn't have any Thanksgiving food left" (this is about 6:00 p.m.). The only thing I could eat off the menu was the ribeye steak. My partner did order the seafood, but was told it wasn't cooked how it should be cooked (overcooked the shrimp). Everyone else had left the place and we were waiting on the check. Instead of our waiter bringing it to us, the staff who were cleaning off the tables for the night brought it to us. The ribeye steak wasn't bad, but the whole idea of taking a (Thanksgiving) reservation and then not having the food for it is a big red X for this place. And on top of it all, they charged us $90 for this meal we didn't really want in the first place. This is bad customer service.
