We truly enjoyed our experience and the food at Bubba Gump's. The service was outstanding. Dee, the manager was very accommodating and friendly. Our server Melissa was sweet and professional. We will return.

Unfortunately, Open Table allowed us to book a Thankgiving dinner for 6pm despite the location having a 6pm close time. The manager did the three parties in this situation a service but staying open for us, however, they were out of most of the special Thanksgiving menu items and the service was pleasant but extremely slow. This was a disappointing Thanksgiving experience given the fact we made the reservation several weeks in advance due to traveling and needing a place to eat.
