$15 bud light at a Budweiser bar? Wouldn’t put any sports on the TV- it’s no wonder they lost their crown!

I have not flow out of MÍA in a decade and it hasn’t improved. This place is a perfect example. Horrible everything. Try to eat and drink somewhere else in terminal F because the options are just not acceptable in our modern society.

The bartender guy with the bad veneers is incredibly rude and the lady at maestros had very poor customer service also. Do not come here. I would rather starve and wait until I get to my destination than eat here again.

Was overcharged for drinks, instead of voiding or fixing the issue. They instead called security and lied saying I was asked by my airline to leave. After calling my flight to reschedule, it was established no info was given to my airline and they were unsure why I had missed my flight prior to my rebooking.

$22 for a margarita in a plastic cup. Star fruit for size comparison. This bar is so bad it could cure alcoholics.

Place was clean, service was great. Food was delicious. Pleasantly surprised. I got the ropa vieja rice and bean bowl. The meat was flavorful!

Horrible place - save your money - precooked burgers that taste horrible - precooked pizza that taste maybe slightly better than cardboard with plastic cheese. Not allowed to sit outside must be larger parties of 3 or more even though many many tables avail - jerk move

This place is so bad, the only reason this business is still running because it’s the only one that serves burgers at the airport - the blonde waiter is so rude and makes you feel like she’s paying for the meal.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Odalys G. during my recent visit to Budweiser Brewhouse. From the moment we were seated, her attitude felt dismissive and unwelcoming. She seemed annoyed to answer basic questions, and we felt more like a burden than guests. The service was slow, inattentive, and lacked the courtesy you’d expect at a place like this. It really put a damper on what should have been an enjoyable experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue—guests deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism.

As we were leaving she also told another couple that she didn’t want any issues from them when time to pay their bill in a rude and dismissive way! They hadn’t even ordered yet before she begin giving them ATTITUDE!!! She definitely needs some training on customer service etiquette.

I never wanna throw race card but every African American that approached her was treated with very little RESPECT! The comments and reviews are so TRUE and this is so sad. I guess I should have read them before I spent my money at this establishment. I know better next time and I hope others do the same as well!

The place has 6 empty tables in the outer area, but they would only seat my party of 2 in the very crowded and cramped inner area at a tiny table that wouldn't even fit my laptop where we would be touching the people at the next table. There are a couple of parties at the outer tables, so it's not even about not having staff for the outer tables. There also isn't any access to outlets. I guess he'd rather the tables all sit empty than let a party of 2 sit at one of them?

Very disappointing. After passing the gate at Miami Airport, there was basically only one food spot — and the staff there was incredibly rude. Avoid eating past security if you can.
