ORNEY staff was RUDE
There was a wait to be seated sign,we waited then he stated sit where you like. We did , and he then came over & said to move to the inside.
Asked for a cup of water and food,he said a cup of water was not an option,I could only have ice.
Placed order he only came to deliver food & ticket
No service in b/w.
Was very short & NOT attentive during the visit.
I thought it was just with me
But it was with the couple waiting beside us, too.
Food was not the best but could have overlooked some if food customer service was better

Server was extremely rude. The flor clearly hasn't been mopped in quite some time. If you just want water then you have to purchase a bottled water. I would not recommend to anyone, but since there is no other restaurant in that concourse then there isn't much choice. So bring snacks.
Rude staff and mediocre food. I was treated so poorly as was other customers after us. The only reason we went was because there are few options by these gates. I highly don’t recommend. The woman who was working was so rude!
Absolutely disgusted as waitress tried to rip us off - asked for the bill she says it's $82 no physical bill, we give her $50 in cash and said put the rest ie $32 on the card she then says oh its $42 on the card I said the bill was $92.86 - she did not it was clearly $82 flat. She then comes back with receipt for $92.86 on the card - but didn't give me the cash back, I asked for my cash and she said oh I didn't know you wanted it cash/card yet clearly she did because she kept the $50 and charged us full on the card - I had to demand my cash back! Stay well away from this place it's not only a rip off, it's a scam and the food and service is shit!!!!!
Worst meal I ever ate, meal was disgusting and they charge automatic gratuity so they don’t care about customer service. They need to be shut down and reported for being a scam
Literally the worst service and food I’ve had in a very long time. The server was rude and barely spoke while feeding her face. The food was disgusting and all preheated. I just hope it doesn’t make any of my group sick.

We ordered a sandwich, a food bowl, 2 beers, waitress Told us 84 dollars, no printed check, 84 dollars, we asked for the printed check, 73.03
Charging us 11 dollars more just because. No shame, no excuse, nothing, just robbing us plain sight. I’m just disgusted by the lack of shame. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Food was ok for an airport stop. But don't trust this place. Make sure you check you receipt and get a copy. The drink prices aren't listed on the menu and they charged us $13 for a draft IPA and $20 for a mix drink. They automatically add an 18% gratuity. Then to add insult to injury, they charged my credit card an additional $20 above what I signed for. My bad for not getting a copy of the receipt before leaving the airport.
I wished I had checked the reviews first. $17 for draft Heineken. Ripoff.
Utter crap! Limited food menu is enormously overpriced and there's an 18% gratuity for crap service (no wonder they charge auto gratuity). Guy asked us what we wanted then walked away after our second person ordered. The burger is disgusting and the cheese on the pizza is super fake. Should have looked at the reviews first but this airport has limited choices.

If I could leave a half star or less I would. My wife and I walk into G terminal at 635 pm on a Saturday of week 17 of nfl weekend. It’s the end of our honeymoon, we just want a spot for some drinks and the games. But what do we see at 6:35 pm EST on a Saturday but Budweiser brewhouse closing up! Now the normal person as we are would ask, why close up on a Saturday at 6:35 PM. To this question there were lacking responses… none that satisfied our quench for a honest drink or explanation why the only sit down restaurant in the gate would choose to shut its doors mid prime time hours of a holiday weekend. As we pressed, we were told it was the owner, who decided if there were 2 or less people at bar then close up! Funny thing is there were at least 3 customers at the time and we were 2 more. This place is a travesty and if they want to run their hours in this fashion then they should accept the financial loss the owner has obviously incurred if he is operating in this way and shutdown. If you can’t even allow yourself to remain open to possibly get more customers during dinner on a Saturday then what business sense do you even have?
You need to have a fair skin to be treated fairly at this place. So much discrimination.

Server Blanca is rude and should not be in the industry
Gratuity is already included, but they won’t tell you, and they certainly don’t deserve it. There’s no clear line yet they say wait to be seated, just so they could point you to a table that they don’t go to to serve you, then when you go up to the bar to try to order they tell you to sit back down at your table. Then you order and can’t even get a glass of water. Apparently they “don’t do glasses of water”. What restaurant doesn’t give you water? The service staff has no incentive to be hospitable since gratuity is already added. Sad that this is the only sit down restaurant in Terminal F.
