The equivalent of McDonald’s burger with the alcohol prices of a nice restaurant. Yes, they’re rude, yes the drinks are ridiculously priced and mediocre, and yes, it was the only choice in a really run down terminal - the first red flag. We split a burger and had 3 cocktails and the bill came to $98. There are no prices on the drink menu and when we got the bill, we realized why. Cocktails are $21 and beers are $17. Total rip off. Do they care about these 1 star reviews. Nope. would I go again? Do I have a choice?

I was traveling from Miami airport to Texas on January 10,2026 and had to get a quick bite. I was worried when I saw the feedback but I had nothing but exceptional service , burgers , very fast service with the freshest made burgers with bacon and cheese, loved the chips. They were extremely so good I had to buy some on the side to go. They are very organized because they have a clean seated area for you as you wait in line till it’s your turn which takes no more than 5 minutes to get you seated no matter the line. They serve you so fast and you don’t wait on getting any extras you may need. Our server was Yociel as per my receipt and he was very nice. There were only two servers but they ran that show like if they had a crew of more. I was very impressed with this place , its food and its servers. And prices were reasonable. Highly recommend them when you’re traveling. Adel

Customer service was nonexistent. My wife and I stood at the bar for 23 minutes simply trying to ask a question. The bartender walked past us repeatedly and never acknowledged us once—no greeting, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing.
After waiting that long without even being spoken to, it was clear this was not a place to eat or even buy a drink. We walked out feeling completely ignored and unwelcome.
Very disappointing experience, especially in an airport where basic service and awareness should be expected

To be fair I did not try the food but, I showed up expecting to be able to watch football at the bar but, they didn't have any sports channels. They were blasting Spanish music so loud I just ended up leaving without ordering anything. Do yourself a favor and get something to eat before coming through security.

I have not flow out of MÍA in a decade and it hasn’t improved. This place is a perfect example. Horrible everything. Try to eat and drink somewhere else in terminal F because the options are just not acceptable in our modern society.

Effortless Ent

The bartender guy with the bad veneers is incredibly rude and the lady at maestros had very poor customer service also. Do not come here. I would rather starve and wait until I get to my destination than eat here again.

Was overcharged for drinks, instead of voiding or fixing the issue. They instead called security and lied saying I was asked by my airline to leave. After calling my flight to reschedule, it was established no info was given to my airline and they were unsure why I had missed my flight prior to my rebooking.

Horrible place - save your money - precooked burgers that taste horrible - precooked pizza that taste maybe slightly better than cardboard with plastic cheese. Not allowed to sit outside must be larger parties of 3 or more even though many many tables avail - jerk move

This place is so bad, the only reason this business is still running because it’s the only one that serves burgers at the airport - the blonde waiter is so rude and makes you feel like she’s paying for the meal.
