Eric was a great bartender however management is non existent in this location. You will often have to wait just to get sat down, and after waiting a long time floor and tables will be dirty. Never once you see a manager in this location ensuring a decent service. I really hope this location takes a close look at the management so that it can have better customer service and experience.

We ate a later dinner around 10:30pm. Only two waiters were working that night. We sat down at the bar which was clean overall. Our waiter was okay. He didn’t introduce himself and he forgot our order of fries. He was a little dry and blunt. But he did bring out food out as it came so it was warm. The food was delicious. The only thing that bothered me was that my celery was mushy and there was some bug on the TV screen that grossed me out. Overall, not the best Buffalo Wild...

There were only 3 tables occupied in the restaurant, but we waited a long time for a table to be allocated and for the orders to be placed. There were 4 people and we all ordered starters and main courses. After what felt like an eternity, the waitress came, apologized for the wait and said that she would now bring the starters and main courses at once because there was only one chef and there was no other way. If she had told us this beforehand, we would have skipped the starters....
