First they sat us down and it took like 10 minutes before anyone came to our table. I had to go get someone. Second when I asked for a bottle of wine they didn't have it. The waiter was pushing me a bottle that was double the price of the first one. Instead of finding something in my price range no he kept saying his favorite was the expensive one. Third I ordered the brazaino fish and he tells me they don't have it . I don't know what wrong with Bulla that night but it wasn't pleasant at all.

There were multiple utensils that we ordered that were not in stock. This same issue happened the last time that we were there. Also, I ordered a burger and the bun was so drenched in oil that it was dripping and soggy. I sent it back but the burger itself was one of the worst burgers that I've ever had. Pure grease dripping.

Food and Service is great. The music is horrible and too loud. I don't like reggaeton maybe that's why. You should try with more friendly music to all ages and styles.

Bulla used to be good- not sure what has happened but this was the worst dinning experience we ve had there. 1. Drinks order wrong 2. Children steak undercooked- TWICE 3. Waiter never checked on the table 4. Food took 45 mins to arrive- and the potatoes came in cold (almost like coming straight from the fridge) 5. Management had a super dismissive attitude when we addressed these issues (very respectfully by the way) 6. Spent $400 for 3 people , absolutely not worth the price. We used to love Bulla, but we are not coming back. Service and kitchen are not working well.

Dario made our visit to Bulla such a great experience. He was friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful suggestions that turned out to be spot on. Throughout the meal he checked in at the right times, kept everything running smoothly, and made us feel like valued guests. The food was delicious, but Dario’s service truly stood out and made the night memorable. I’d definitely recommend Bulla, and especially ask for Dario if you want excellent service.100% recommend

We enjoy going to Bulla for its tapas and drinks. The drinks have never disappointed. Best service has always been at the bar. We went ydy and sat at a table which our server seemed to start off good. Glad the food comes as it is made and not brought by our server. For the server disappeared several times and was not available when we needed a refill on drinks or if asked for something did not bring it. Drink service was slow for a time that the bar was not packed. The kicker was later it seems they were setting up for an event and I found it very unprofessional to be moving tables and chairs leaving it a disarray as we were still eating and trying to enjoy our drinks. To say the least the server never came back and we paid via the table app. Customer service should.of ratered it a 1. Definitely will only come back to sit at the bar.

Ample mall parking. Lovely ambiance. Ordered Miami spice brunch menu. Food was mostly great. Bar service was excellent. Food service /kitchen was extremely slow. Husband's appetizer was served much ahead of mine. We waited and waited but he finally had to eat ahead of me. Same for our entrees. We took dessert to go.
We love going to Bulla at the falls! The reservation process is seamless. Food quality great. Our waiter super nice.

The food could definately use some improvement. The croquettes are more filler than ham, the octopus was tough and rubbery, and the steak was tasty but overcooked. I think they need a chef rather than a cook to remedy these issues. Hope they get their act together as it would be sad to see them close their doors. Best of luck!

We took the Miami Spice dinner menu. The choices were good. The white wine sangria with many fruits was a great choice that I would recommend. Appetizers also were great. The main courses were great too. However, one of the desserts was not available but they provided a substitute and deducted $11 from our bill. The server, Allan, was very attentive and courteous. It was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend it for romantic or family gatherings.
