Something is wrong with the two who attended to me. When I ordered and then when I asked for Ketchup, they ignored me, spent about 10 seconds in silence and gave me a single Ketchup. They are bad people and I didn't do anything to them or speak badly to them. The food is mediocre. I think that the good reviews they have are the ones who write it.

I went to eat on Sunday, April 7th, 2024, around 1:30 am (early morning)! And the hamburger was simply horrible! I was with 3 other friends and they all complained that the snack was extremely greasy, the fried cheese was super oily and had a bitter taste from frying oil that had already been dirty and had been there for a long time! The plate where the snack meat is made was dirty, leaving residue on the hamburger meat! The potatoes were oily with a bitter taste, as they must be fried in the same oil, the cheddar in the potatoes was really bad, the flavor seemed to be of low quality, the impression it gave was that it was close to closing time and they did it in a hurry! I just didn't complain at the time because we were hungry! And it was already closing! I had eaten at Burda a few times before but after this time I won't go back and I don't recommend it! The quality of the snacks needs to be reviewed! The service wasn't bad! But in terms of flavor and quality of the snacks, it left something to be desired!

Today, I waited for 20 minutes before my volcano fries were prepared, and when I finally received them, the portion of cheese was disappointingly small. I'm unsure if I'll return for a third visit unless they make improvements.

We ordered from Uber eats. This was our first time ordering from Burda. We ordered two Burda burgers, stinky fries, and loaded fries. They charged us 14 dollars for loaded fries and stinky fries. And what we got when we opened the container had us laugh. You get more at a fast food chain like burger king and McDonald's. The portion size was so small. Enough for a three year old child. The loaded fries we were lucky if there was a total of a piece of bacon cut up on it.The burgers were okay but for not being homemade the burgers are not worth the price they charge.The pictures burda show to what we got look quite the opposite. Quite me skwadimg to be honest We only took pictures of the fries.It was 65 dollars that wasn't well spent. The food did not reflect the price at all.Refund please

This place looks very nice. You can order fron your phone or ahead. The staff was very friendly. I was bot happy with my food at all. If you are the type of person who likes juicy burgers this is not the place for you. My first impression when ordering was that they didn’t ask me how I would like my burger cooked. The meat was already made and it was dry. I was very unhappy with it because the pics you see they look juicy and for 17 bucs? Not worth it.

I was doubtful about coming to Burda due to the negative reviews. I’m glad I overcame my doubts, first we were greeted by Emiliano what a charismatic person, we ordered the Frenchie and the Burda Burgers both came with fries. The freshness of the burgers tells me this is a quality beef all the ingredients are fresh as well. Oh the the fries were hot and crispy! The owners of this spot really thought this through very relaxing ambiance in the heart of Mid-Town. Chao Che!Kid-friendliness: I’m sure kids of all ages would enjoy this spot more than Mc Don or Bking.Wheelchair accessibility: You can roll in and roll right out with ease.
