This message is with the intent to reach BK HQ. This place deserves 5 stars but security you use doesn’t belong in this place. I walked in on Saturday 22 at 715 am and I am watching the security sleeping. I had to yell to wake him up. I then told manager, when manager approached him it was a short black security guard bright yellow uniform. He was finding excuses for the manager. He didn’t want to listen what manager was telling him. He had a lot of excuses for the manager why was he falling a sleep. BK HQ you can do better then that then to hire unprofessional and clueless security guard.

This restaurant is overall great but it doesn’t feel safe with the homeless persons under influences visiting.
Also, lots of people are getting free refills without making purchases in their own containers.

Carlitos was really rude, and when I asked him, he had an attitude that is honestly deplorable. He’s not suitable for customer service. He refused to give me the food when I inquired about the app, and his attitude was even worse when I asked for the restroom code.

Went and ordered the new Halloween frozen treat and they tried to sell me this! The manager was apologetic and said they didn’t have the toppings but it’s in a literal plastic cup and the lid doesn’t even fit! The girl who I asked why did they give me this, gave me such a bad attitude and then called her manager! I don’t expect a 5 star service but I do expect common decency and understanding!
No pictures to share on this one however I strongly recommend this place for a nice beef or chicken burger. I had the royal spicy chicken burger (don't qoute me on that not sure of the name) and that was one of the best chicken burgers I've had. Flavor profile, the juicness of the chicken, I loved it. The chicken fries aren't bad either, pretty good. Self service menu which for me eliminates the hassle of a wrong order. Very customizable menu.

I’m going out of my way to thank Genesis, since I couldn’t fill the review on the app, missing the order number when you order trough it. There was a mistake with the app order, once I show her what I order, she fix it quickly, she was so sweet and kind.
