Ever since they moved the employees from the location down the street here service has been terrible. The wait is extremely long even if your the only person in there. They clean up at 7PM than when u walk in they scream at you and say the whole inside is closed except two booths. Very rude.

The MOST horrible service, it’s 1/26/25, at 2:40 in the morning and I wasted an hour waiting for an Uber order. Me and four other Uber drivers waited for our food in the front because the workers told us to. They physically came outside to tell us to park at the front. After that, nobody ever came out. Some of us checked through the window to see what the workers were doing and they were on their phones doing nothing. They weren’t even preparing any food. After seeing that, I went through the drive-thru to ask about the order and midway through the worker stopped replying. This has been a huge waste of time and money. Not only was my time wasted but everyone else’s was as well. Very inconsiderate and I see why their drive-thru window is shattered. A lot of Uber drivers do Uber Eats as a side hustle or have it as their main form of income in some cases. This wasted a good hour minimum and possibly lowered their ratings on the app. Which is everything. At least the BK workers get their checks tho.

Horrible service!!! 🤮 They refused to use the women's bathroom ordered by the manager, explaining that it was only used for the women who work there and forcing us to use only the men's bathroom that was horrible, zero clean and smelling disgusting. The worst service I've ever experienced!!

We took the drive in and she could not understand my fiance's english, i had to order instead, woman got so mad that i let him talk saying that my fiance can't speak english, but i could understand him perfectly, not my problem she couldn't, also learn to speak spanish then if it bothers you so much, WE IN MIAMI GIRL. so freaking rude, that's not how you treat your customers, she does not deserve to work there. // woman that has worked in Custumer service.

On December 23, we went with my family made up of 4 women, a man and a baby, we consumed food there and asked to use the bathroom. Security did not open the women's bathroom and sent me to the men's bathroom because the women's bathroom is only for women. employees and one of the employees said that only they used it, it seems disrespectful to me to have to use the men's bathroom, it was very dirty and smelled bad, he asked to speak to the manager and she told the security to open it and she didn't want to open it I don't understand why They have a men's bathroom and a women's bathroom, customers must have priority because we pay for food consumption... TERRIBLE
