The manager was unprofessional and erased my promo code and charged me the regular price when I tried to explain to her that the code was deleted she didn’t understand me… don’t get me wrong I love BK but that day I definitely didn’t have it my way ☹️

The staff is quite rude, there is a girl in the second window who is rude to the customers, commenting on the customers with her co-workers, after waiting 10 minutes for her to arrive at the window, she does not have a minimum of ethics, chewing gum as if it were a cow, I think they should educate the staff before putting them there and remind them that they work with people, not on a farm.

Don't use the burger king app as it does not allow any recourse when your order is messed up. And both know is will be wrong
The only customer support is a digital assistant which makes worthless promises that nobody follows up on.
Placed a mobile order, told to pickup up by 20:16. Didn't get the food until 20:47. The staff treat this restaurant like it's drive-through only, ignoring the multitude of people waiting in the lobby.

Was in the restaurant tonight with my 90 year old grandmother who asked the manager Claudia for help she was told if she was too stupid to use the kiosk to order she probably couldn't handle eating either. She said that was the only way to order food in the restaurant. I do not understand how a manager can treat customers like that. I am local and a regular at this store and after this I will never return to this establishment to eat again.
