I ordered a sausage croissant with no cheese no egg and a medium hash brown. Got to my destination to eat my breakfast hash brown. I’m extremely hard like if they was almost burnt when you chill you can hear yourself crunching in. I’m like chips that’s ridiculous. I tried 23 times to call the phone just ringing no one answer. I will not be attending there anymore. The customer service is great, but the food is horrible And cook too hard. Therefore, the rating of the food is zero not good

Only give two stars because of the playground which my kids enjoyed. However the service wasn’t there, they didn’t offer any sauce with the nuggets. One lady at the fries station was ignoring us, noticing our presents there and had to call her like 5 times just to get her attention for 2 sauces. The time that we got the sauce our food got cold. Also the tables are always dirty, we had to use the sanitizing bucket that was there to clean it ourselves with no gloves “disgusting”. We use to love coming here but sadly it’s not enjoyable to eat here, hopefully things change around here.

We love coming to this BK because the Playground is updated kids love it. However the service sucks they take forever forget your order and on top of that they don’t want to provide napkins i was give 3 and my order was for 1 adult and two children. I had to tell them i need more it’s 2 kids they have me 3 more. Then i went to the Restroom no napkins either. Playground floor sticky tables dirty and the person in charge sitting down could care less.

The costumer service is always poor and disappointing, they don’t care about anyone and never want to do their job correctly, this time they didn’t have change and they guy on the front Yanquiel or Something like that was unprofessional but the lady manager was told us that they don’t have change, but it’s been like that the entire day? Fix that we deserve a fair treatment

Yesterday at 3:39 pm I arrived by the drive thru with a spoke to a Burger King worker men he was at the drive thru got to the speak and told me that’s I had a code which it’s was free soft serve cup with my rewards and I also order 2 soft serve cone
I arrived to the first window in which shift manager was very sweet and kind with me when I arrived to second window the very rude guy I told me that’s I had a rewards he say no ok no worries I will pay the for the soft serve cup which it’s was for my daughter he had a bad attitude he told me no I had to make the line again and I was then no I will like my refund because I’m not going to make the line again after he told me I was una COMEPINGA which I hear me because he left the window open I told me I will speak to General manager 10 am the next day
Very bad attitude saying bad word to the customer I wrote a email to corporate of BK to file a complaint

I had one of the worst fast food experiences at this Burger King on 6/18/25 around 5:30 PM. The restaurant was nearly empty, only two people waiting inside, including myself. Despite this, there was no staff member at the front counter to take orders. I had already placed an order through the app at 5:29 PM, but it was prepared incorrectly.

Yasniel worker who arrived moments later in the front, was extremely rude and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the manager seemed completely disengaged, walking back and forth slowly, ignoring the waiting customers inside and at the drive-thru. No sense of urgency or customer service whatsoever. Once I got my order at 5:55pm I noticed the order was wrong… Very disappointing.
