Yesterday A manager she has a thing on her ear she where glasses she is very rude , slick mouth , and very unprofessional she is a manager her name Sierra everytime I go to burger king she is rude her tone and the way she talk about is we ready rushing me to order my food burger has a menu of everything good food to choose from who hire managers like that she is bad for business I walk out of there without ordering and its my kids Thanksgiving break they really wanted burger I took my money to 27th and 79th you need new managers She the same young lady who was at another burger king she is rude you guys should have a school for managers

Friday Oct.24 2025 My lunch Break! After waiting more than 5 min... Infront of the drive thru speaker. I would of gotten down. The new manager. A lady light skin with an accent. Russian I think! Thinks she's the new owner. Rude on the drive thru window. asked for several ketchups. only gave me 3. had a big order. And she's telling the staff take all there coupons.... If you order with a coupon number. I've been going to this BK for more than a decade. Never seen that. I will not be going back there for lunch anytime soon. Ill go too the Wendy's right next to it.

Everytime I come here itās crazy how itās a coincidence that they started cleaning the ice cream machine as soon as I pull in the lady said ā we just startedā when I asked how long would that take she just stayed quiet and left me in the line for over 10 minutes they donāt want to work there at all at night DONT GO HERE
