Sensation of danger but the worst thing is waiting for 30 minutes with the car. I have never seen this slow in a Burger King. Better to pass and go somewhere else

Worst Burger King I've ever "eaten" at in my entire life. It must happen a lot that I don't eat the food I ordered, but the entire order was completely inedible.
We threw everything in the bin on site.
The staff completely ignored us as customers and did not speak any English when we asked. We had to ask several times and still didn't understand the answers.
In the end, we still had a hair in our fries.
An unbelievable experience that I will never forget for the rest of my life.

The cook was angry with an order I made from the kiosk, a bunless burger. She was fighting back and rude because she received the order saying something different, which is an error in their system. She was just defending herself giving a really bad attitude to her colleague in front of me, the customer. Also, they weren’t able to give me my order because they didn’t have where to plate it. The manager instead of giving me a choice of where to serve my order just gave me my money back with a simple apology. I left hungry and disappointed by the cook attitude
