Payed at the kiosk for hot coffee.
After 15 min, they said there is no hot coffee. The substitute for ordered coffee was not drinkable.

AWFUL , the pink turban gold teeth man told me to get my money up he is very unprofessional and rude .Definitely would not recommend or even give my money to this establishment again. If I can give 0 stars I would .pink turban gold teeth needs to go. Free the other employees that have to deal with him and that unnecessary attitude.

I was just at the drive thru order# AAAC3MDJAGC7 ON 7/26/24 AT 5:39 PM I stayed for 5 minutes at the drive through before I was greeted. Even I say hello multiple times when I mentioned that cierra Henry said we'll if you can't wait just go somewhere else. This whole shift staff need to be retrained because the guys who also handed me the food was rude as well. Gosh I will never come back here. Just Uncalled for

The managers lie about the bathroom being in order refusing to allow certain customers to use women bathroom. And suggesting Women use the men’s restroom. I witness the manager allowing certain individuals the deem to be worthy to use the women restroom. I’m assuming BK is never going to get the restroom back in order. All the Managers on both shift display the same behavior

Here are the problems I encounter regularly; They never look at the additional information given for the order (such as without pickles), they never listen to you and they argue with you as respectfully as they can. This is because they never read the content, even if they prepare the wrong order many times.

This is the second time I come to this Burger King and it's the most worst one I've ever been to. The security officer would not allow me to go and use the woman's room and told me it was only for employees and sent me to use the men's bathroom which was not smelling very healthy this place is the most unprofessional Burger King I've ever went into.

On April 25, 2024(Thursday)I had a local Climate Justice meeting to attend at our Liberty City center... but arrived in the area about a hour ahead of schedule.Because it's 100+ degrees as early as 9AM here in Miami, I decided to retreat to THIS adjacent Burger King restaurant for lunch as a Dine-In customer.I casually entered this restaurant and was pleased to see the dining room lobby was nearly empty, air conditioned, and had a on-site security guard present.Heat-exhausted, I chose to intially take my seat so I could cool down, and think about what I actually had a taste for at Burger King.Uncertain about my lunch decision, I logged into the Burger King mobile app to check my "Royal Perks" and current promotions.Meanwhile, a fellow Committee Member from our Climate Justice group texted me saying she was about 12-ish minutes from the our center, and would be joining me at Burger King for a quick, pre-meeting lunch.A solid 15-20 minutes passed, and the on-site security guard broke away from the table she and(what appeared to be)her romantic partner... confidently walked over, and informed me I'd "BeeN SiTTiN' THeRe Too LoNG"... that the management *MAY* tell me to leave the restaurant if I don't place a order soon.Well, needless to say, I was quite taken aback by this awkwardly hostile confrontation about my presence there... especially considering I've been a active Community Advocate for improvised Black neighborhoods such as THIS one for several years now.The interaction was like a unprovoked slap in my face!... it was a literal "SMH" moment, in which, I decided I'd be the "BIGGER Person" in the trying situation by silently complying with the questionable demand, and politely placing my order at the register... despite my fellow Committee Member not currently joined with me for our lunch, like we intended.I requested my order to be "fresh, directly off the grill and fryer", expecting this particular order to take a bit longer than usual to fill, I continued to await my fellow Committee Member who was temporarily stuck in evening traffic.About 45 seconds passed after placing my order, and they had already flagged me about my order being "ReaDy".Doubtingly, I retrieved the order from the counter, and patiently returned to my seat... internally ticking. I immediately unwrapped the order, and wasn't surprised at the sight of old, over-cooked fries and a sloppily made burger.At that point, I had enough of this poor Burger King experience, and I gave my fellow Committee Member a heads-up to just keep driving towards our center for the meeting because THIS place was a total Fail.I swiftly finished my meal and departed the establishment in peace, but DEFINITELY had it mentally notated to post about this customer experience.But the gag for me, was that the management allowed this on-site security guard to be fully seated in the company of her romantic partner the entire duration of her shift while ON duty??!Clearly, their priorities are unsorted, and THIS establishment isn't closely monitored by the companys' District Manager.I believe Andy Garcia needs to pay a little pop-up visit this year.

The food and atmosphere were fine in this location. Stopped by for a quick bite through the drive thru with the kids. As we placed our order, I remembered I needed ice for my cooler. As some fast food restaurants sell ice, I asked. The guy said we sure do. When I pull up to the window, he says, "Oh man, actually, you can only purchase it at the front. You have to come in." I said ok sure, however coming out of this drive through, you can't come around and have to drive down the street, make a u turn, then pass the restaurant, make another u turn and pull in. Ugh, fine. I ran inside and waited for the lastly to help me. After 5 minutes of being ignored while she fixed orders for others, I said "hello" and got her attention. I asked her for a bag of ice. Her demeanor changed immediately, and 6 we don't sell ice. " I replied that her drive-thru agent just told me to come in to purchase it. Her response? " Well, we don't sell ice like I said. Go to the gas station across the street. "He turns around and goes back to what she was doing. I politely thanked her for her time and told her to make sure her drive-thru agent knows that, so he stops wasting our time. The attitude wasn't needed. I certainly don't give it, so I don't want it given to me.
