Lady can’t put 3 English words together. Says I can’t use my phone at register yet I have to pay with my phone .

This is my favorite master card lounge!
Food dripping with grease. Ordered mcchicken sandwich. Squeezed out oil. Wasn't nice. Asked no cheese came with cheese. On 060425.
I thought I ordered a small whopper meal but it just comes with whopper and small fries. No drink. I don't know if it's a kiosk thing. Cost the same as non airport. What a ripped off.
First time I’ve ever felt actually scammed at a BK. No kids meals. Can’t cancel items or orders or change anything. You will shut them down entirely apparently. Or it’s a scam.
Mine was the first order but I waited mote than 20min and several order were served before mine, my chicken was always cooking. Not a fast food!

After only receiving 2 of the 3 burgers ordered, and after my hungry son had already started eating we realised they had given us the wrong burgers. We tried to rectify the situation but the manager was extremely rude and only replaced the one untouched burger and not the other my son had started eating. I know an airport BK is busy but such rudeness and lack of service should never be compromised.
Ordered a Bacon and Cheese Whopper, it came without bacon. Still tasty though... Extremely boring restaurant layout, no views, no greens, empty walls.

There were only two workers there today. The line was so long. Being that I am an employee of the airport , I did ask her if she was taking orders at the cash register so that I can use my discount. She then said that she had to bag the orders. She bagged the orders 3 times in a row and didn’t care about the long line of people in need of ordering. The cashier didn’t take anyone’s order. I’m on break and it took up my entire break! I didn’t get a chance to eat anything! I’m mortified because they don’t have much vegan options and the only place I could eat at, I couldn’t eat smh. Terrible! I wish I could give zero stars. Get it together!
