Burger King I just want to say that why on your cheeseburgers you don’t melt the cheese. I don’t want to be mean but even though it says “Melty juicy” you won’t melt the cheese.

Cute location but for food, probably the worst I've ever experienced. We waited 19 minutes for our order only to get an impossible burger cool and pink inside. I know it's not real meat but the temperature and texture grossed me out. You'd think after that long of a wait they'd have time to fully cook it. Outside was so pale, not difficult to tell it's under-done.
Too tired to ask and wait for a new one so ate what I could.
Also at one point a man came in, possibly unhoused, and shouted at an employee. He nodded and the man filled up his grungy personal cup with soda from the machine. Only clean new cups should be touching that machine!!
We've been to many, many BKs from Scotland to Vancouver and this was the worst. Maybe someone from the nearby HQ should do an undercover boss thing.

If I can give this location a negative number I would service is horrible on top of it all we came in for the spongebob meal they didnt have half the items so we requested it to be refunded only for the manager or supervisor on duty to deny refund because we had order through the kiosk and wasnt able to get a receipt she just walked away from my husband and left us standing there

Lentissimi….si aspetta di media 20/25 minuti per un panino. Al Mc Donald’s ci mettono dai 6 al massimo 10 minuti…..La cosa si ripete nella stragrande maggioranza dei “ristoranti”…….SCANDALOSO!!!
Everyone here gives such great customer service especially the manager Maria she does an amazing job and goes out of her way to help

I usually go to this place because is the closest, but today I got very disappointed and surprised by the terrible service with Milkys. She was rude, unprofessional, disgusting, she was yelling to other’s employees, she was lost at what she was doing. Talking bad about the corporation. I’m waiting for my order and even not me there were a handicap on the wheelchair, and she was giving the gentleman a hard time, besides me there where plenty people that left the place because the long waiting for service. My food was ready and she left it on the trail because only she was concentrating screaming at the lady taking care of the drive thru on the window. Seriously health issues. The garbage been inside the kitchen was full and was between order she was collecting the garbage, diferente trash with her bare hand with no glove and put on the garbage at the same time push the trash down and coming back to the table and keep filling the orders without washing her hands. I appreciate if you have time take a look at your camara and you go a see prove by your self. Hopping the management take properly action or I be filing a complaint with the health department. Sincerely. Time Saturday around 2:30pm and after
