The Go To

Night crew on 03/18/24 around 11pm made me drive around 2 times in the drive thru while the line was long for fries that was given to me cold. I don’t know why.

I ate their special limited edition chili spicy fish sandwich after trying to find it at three other BK Steakhouses. It was so gòod I went back two days later and ate another one. DEE-LISH-us! Going back before Easter to eat another one Lent is finished and they quit making them.

Very dirty, they don't clean the tables and the bathroom, needless to say, it's a shame that they only have a bathroom and you have to ask for keys and when you go they open the door for you. I asked for more at the totem and they didn't give me what I asked for.

I just wanted to say that this BK is one of the better BK, just due to the fact of the management and staff that I have met. Terell, the manager, and the staff here are phenomenal to me and others. I come here every day to get my coffee And they treat me as though I were one of the family they don’t give me a hassle when I ask for ice or condiments for the food that I get. They’re happy to see me and they treat me to such. The place is always clean very nice, and they always keep on top of their dining area and bathroom. All I can say is I’m very happy and impressed to spend my little bit of money on having my coffee in the morning and my lunch in the afternoon here. Thank you so much for making it home. Come on you guys this is ridiculous I ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches with everything on it like a whopper the lady from the kitchen even came to the window to confirm what I wanted and I came home to this nothing but mayo and lettuce but you guys had no problem charging me for the tomato bacon cheese and onions ?????

The WORST customer service .. stuck in drive-through for 20 minutes. Menu lights are out when I finally get to the kiosk. I asked the person for assistance in ordering bc the menu is out. He tells me the menu hadn't changed in 20 years -- pick something or just Google it! I drive to next window and explain I couldn't order,and she tells me to go to next window. At next window they tell me to drive around and get back in line if I want to order bc you can't order from that window. UNBELIEVABLY RUDE AND DISORGANIZED.

Dear Burger King Customer Service,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I recently received on 10/28/23. My experience was nothing short of disappointing, and I believe it is essential for you to be aware of the issues I encountered.First and foremost, the wait time was unacceptably long. I had to wait for over an hour for my order to be ready, despite there being only a few other customers in the restaurant. This excessive delay was not only inconvenient but also frustrating. Manager was also cursing and not making the order the way it supposed to be.This is not the standard of quality I expect from Burger King, and it left a significant dent in my overall dining experience.The staff's attitude and professionalism were also disappointing. They seemed disinterested and did not provide a friendly or welcoming atmosphere. This is far the Worse BK in Miami. Food was served COLD and CHICKEN sandwich was HARD and OLD order # 7. The Whopper was cold with too much Mayo and the Tea tasted Horrible!! You put someone who don’t greet or welcome you to your business drive thru with a “YEAH”. Everyone there looked lost and confused when preparing the order. I will never ever come back and advise friends and family not to go there ever!!!! I’ll go to the BEST one off NW 7 Ave and 127 St even thought it’s far but the service is always A+ and food served FRESH!!! This place need to do Better!! We wasted our money on BAD service !! I wouldn’t be surprised it gets viewed on Channel 10 Dirty Dining !!
