Today I arrived at this Burger King with a huge craving for some delicious fast food. This is the second time I've come here because it's close by, but the meat smells rotten and looks discolored. Besides that, it's obvious that the staff have no desire to work or provide good service.

First off I will say that I am speaking specifically about the management team. I have never seen such rudeness in my life
On more than one occasion I have seen female supervisor in the glasses have screaming matches with customers. I wish I remembered her name. I was so upset I think I must have developed a mental block. The final straw was when I went to get a refill at the fountain in the lobby and this same woman told me that because I stepped outside For a moment I was no longer allowed a refill. I've seen this same woman ignore guests waiting at the counter to order, yet she can pay attention long enough to deny me a refill. When I asked her to discuss this with me she told me she was too busy. I cannot be the only one experiencing this. Retraining is needed. The other employees are all polite and professional in my experience.

Staff is BEYOND RUDE. They didn't give me the correct things in the drive through so I went inside. The manager is very nonchalant, unapologetic, and didn't fix the order. New building same garbage.

The first of the problems is the lack of attention. They do not attend to the one who pays directly at the cash register and also instead of working fast they are looking at each other, talking and playing. It literally took us 38 minutes of waiting for 1 kids meal and 2 hamburgers. The restaurant is completely dirty, the floor, the tables, the chairs, even inside the kitchen. The kitchen is full of fries and leftover vegetables and bread. The environment in general is dirty and with a bad smell. Those inside have their hair loose without any kind of protection except for the 2 ladies who prepared the hamburgers, no one with gloves. a lot of lack of hygiene. We have come many times to this bk because it is close to us but for these conditions we prefer not to come anymore.

I had to take time to express my appreciation to The young girl WALESKA !!!
She is ALWAYS FRIENDLY, SMILLING and ATTENTION TO DETAILS !!!
Is very frustrated when you order food at any fast food chain and are asked FOR HERE or TO GO and you reply FOR HERE and receive your food packed in a bag instead of a tray !
WALESKA is always attended and alert and I never have to request a tray since she is able to read screen and follow directions and I hope this POSITVIE review can be reached out not only to her in house dinning Supervisors but also ALL WAY AS HIGHEST LEVEL TO CORPORATE FOR HER RECOGNITION !
Maybe CORPORATE will find this enough encouragement to INVEST IN WALESKA FUTURE EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP when in a 7 PM Saturday night lots of girls her age are getting lost in street doing the wrong thing this young,smiling and very professional lady is devoting her time to earn a decent income.

I had worked for over 35 years in the Hospitality Business, in the Restaurant Industry and Trust me....WALESKA provides an Exceptional Service as if she was Hostessing a 5 STARS FINE DINNING one !

Restaurant was clean and as always great, fresh and hot food quality !!!

The best food I've had from a burger king! Great customer service skills by the staff. Shout out to the drive through crew for the customer service and food coming out HOT and correct. Best fries I've had! Crispy and fresh. I got the triple whopper with cheese. Was hot fresh and o point. Thank to the staff for putting in work from top to bottom. Greatly appreciated!
