Good service, and the girl at the cashier took the time to take our order without rushing us, even though we changed it a couple of times.

The new place is very nice, modern, and with the best service. I always have breakfast here, and Miss Gaby always remembers my order. That's a plus for coming back.

Did not get through. Went to the drive through and it was dead silence even though i said hello many times. There is no one to follow up with the waiting customers in line by reassuring them that someone will be with them shortly, just dead silence. Two lines were open and the wait period is long and silent leaving the customers unattended. I had to leave without purchase only to pass persons looking out through the window and staring at me driving off. Management should teach workers not to be so relaxed and to follow up courteously with the que outside by speaking and letting the awaiting customers know they will soon be attended to. Plus if operating by only one que then have a light indicating so. Manager and staff need better training. Can you imagine how many customers have been lost through the drive through because they are nonchalant and disorganized. Very disappointed

I came to drive through on Sunday the 10 the girl that was taking my order, Rihanna, was so nice she repeated my order for me and the food was hot and fresh.

The worst service I have ever had at the drive thru. I asked the girl for a glass holder because I ordered two combos and she rudely told me they didn't have any. I had to make two trips to bring the food to my house because I couldn't handle two glasses alone! They shouldn't have such rude people at the drive thru.

We were excited to see this new Burger King after the dilapidated one was torn down. Well this one might be new and shiny but the food continues to be very bad. We ordered a fish sandwich, bun was rock hard. The cheeseburger had cheese on it that looked waxy, like it was done prior and not fresh. Not coming back

I had an awful experience with the manager Gabby at this Burger King. The cashier in the drive thru was having a hard time taking our orders. (2 separate orders), it took gabby (the manager) 15 mins after the employee called for an override to even show up. (The restaurant was empty) then right after the cashier charged us for one of our orders, the cashier told us it was approved. Then the computer system crashed as she was going to charge the second order. Took the manager another 15 mins to show up. Once she was there she only made everything worst. The manager was incredibly dismissive and didn’t seem to care about resolving the issue. Instead of helping, they acted like I was an inconvenience. We were just trying to pay our second order and go. The manager kept saying that they never charged us for the first order. But we checked our bank account and it was charged. We showed her but she would not hear it. We were there for 45 mins holding the entire drive thru. The whole time we are just trying to pay for our second order. We left feeling frustrated and unheard, and it was clear that customer service is not a priority here. At the end she basically accused us of just trying to get free food and rudely tossed us our food. Telling us “you want free food so much, here just take it.” The manager at this establishment is actually the worst. She was very rude, unprofessional, and resolved nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects professionalism.

Finally glad to see it open after there complete renovation. Nice atmosphere only one self service soda fountain should have been 2. The lines happen to be very long. 3 kiosks machine and 1 counter cashier. Ordered a chicken wrap and fries and a chicken sandwich took over 30 mins after ordering through the kiosk. Very short staff for a grand opening and when you talk to the manager she said there staffing is adequate. Hopefully they see they will need more help but the look of the lobby is very nice

From the moment we opened the door Latika greeted us with a smile ☺. My kids were with me and she took the time to listen attentively as they placed their orders. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. The food came oute in a timely manner everything was just as we requested. Great experience and we will definitely be back.

All that money spent rebuilding the location for nothing attention is the same rude inefficient, have products advertised but not available opted to get out of the line and go somewhere else

Ask for an order and person cut me off saying that's it and didn't let me order anything else. When I went to window to add drinks she said we can't do that. Is this a real Burger King. First time this has happened and totally left order and left place. Totally

The place was so nice and tidy, super clean but the service and food was horrible. I ordered a meal and only got the burger, no fries, and a separate drink. The ladies at the window didn't give me one of the burgers I ordered. I was very disappointed for my first time there.
