They did not give me my food and tried to gaslight me into thinking they did give me my food. Since they did not give me my food, I talked to them calmly and they only gave me attitude when they were the ones in the wrong. After several attempts they finally gave me my food with attitude. Do not come to this Burger King unless you want to be verbally abused. Emily was the only nice worker. It’s insane to me that the workers couldn’t have just checked the order summary and correct their mistake. Incredible. One of the workers was talking trash throughout this entire process. It was incredibly disrespectful and frustrating. It disgusting me that grown adults can act like that. Even after we showed receipts they still didn’t give us our food. Don’t even think about talking to the manager either because he did absolutely nothing to help us. This is absolutely ridiculous. Incredible.

This burger king has a manager called Yesenia. She is very very abusive to her employees she does not care when costumers are there ordering she threatens employees she abuses them when she is the one who sits in her little laptop and doesnt care at all she is the one who should get fired and im willing to go to corporate

Bit into a chicken sandwich that was still raw in the middle—disgusting. They very apologetically made me a new one. Then when I finished my new sandwich and got settled to do homework (this is located next to a university), they told me I was staying too long and to leave or they’d tow my car. I must have taken three minutes longer to put a pin in my work and save my progress, the lady got more impatient and said she had called the tow truck. No other business around here, especially fast food, does that because we’re across the street from a university, the main source of their customers. Undercooked food, hostile service. I would not come back here again.

Was the only customer in location at the time waited 25 minutes and had to yell out Hello customer here before anyone handed me my food, staff on personal cell phones and in back in plain view on a pc. To whomever decides to respond to my review, do not try and tell me otherwise I have pictures to prove my review. Retrain your staff to remain professional atmosphere as this is a public establishment. This was not a good day for you.
Everything was excellent except that the food was lukewarm, it lacked heat. Claudia's attention was excellent, explaining to me what the new Burgers have. I recommend the Texas double whopper, very tasty

Not just this berger king but all berger kings are amazing always the food is hot and fresh there's nothing bad to say about the king there steff and management and very professional and dedicated to service.
