the cashier was very rude to even serve us — and they were out of all sodas except for water and coke, had no sauces, had no forks or spoons, and when i asked what i could use to eat my hersheys pie, i was handed a knife and a passive aggressive 'sorry'. i was not told they were out of forks/spoons, or else i would not have even ordered it.
the cashier was sitting on the counter, specifically where food is served. when we asked for a refund regarding the terrible service and the fact we could not eat our pies, he threw the money on the counter and rolled his eyes. meanwhile, him and another worker had been playing rock papers scissors while we waited
never coming back here, these people showed absolutely no customer service skills.

Worst service ever. Messed up my order gave me something totally different. Plus the guy was cussing in Spanish the whole time he was taking my order. I don’t usually leave reviews but this interaction was definitely the worst so i had to.
If you are a FIU student i highly recommend go to ihop or kfc walk a little there is a McDonalds but do not go here The staff are very racist and they where cussing in Spanish and behaving rudely i believe because I am brown. So if you are an international student and you don’t want to ruin your mood while picking up your order, do not go here.

We were doing Uber Eats and had to pick up an order here upon arrival we were told to go to the window where we waited over 35 mins and not once did so one come to the window also no employees were onsite after going back around through the drive through we were told to pull forward again by this woman with an attitude after pulling forward we waited for 12 more minutes before she attempted to give us the wrong order and our order wasn’t ready waited 8 more minutes and when this woman approached the window she just kept yelling at us saying her system was down but mind u we had to wait for fries for all of it and yet the order behind us was ready before we wanted her name to give a complaint and she shut the door on our faces I have video prove of this

They did not give me my food and tried to gaslight me into thinking they did give me my food. Since they did not give me my food, I talked to them calmly and they only gave me attitude when they were the ones in the wrong. After several attempts they finally gave me my food with attitude. Do not come to this Burger King unless you want to be verbally abused. Emily was the only nice worker. It’s insane to me that the workers couldn’t have just checked the order summary and correct their mistake. Incredible. One of the workers was talking trash throughout this entire process. It was incredibly disrespectful and frustrating. It disgusting me that grown adults can act like that. Even after we showed receipts they still didn’t give us our food. Don’t even think about talking to the manager either because he did absolutely nothing to help us. This is absolutely ridiculous. Incredible.

She is very very abusive to her employees she does not care when costumers are there ordering she threatens employees she abuses them when she is the one who sits in her little laptop and doesnt care at all she is the one who should get fired and im willing to go to corporate
