This Burger King is in a league of its own, and it’s all thanks to one person: Maria, the manager. If you stop by during the afternoon or night shift, you’ll see what I mean. She runs this place like it’s the flagship Burger King of the entire country.

The difference is night and day—food presentation is perfect, everything is fresh, and the whole restaurant just feels like how BK should be everywhere. You can tell she runs a tight ship, and her crew clearly respects her leadership. Orders come out right, quick, and looking like the commercials (which is rare at fast food these days).

Maria doesn’t just manage; she elevates. Honestly, she deserves a raise—or better yet, she should be training every Burger King in South Florida. If every location had a Maria, Burger King would blow the competition away.

These people would have to get fired. Loosing a line of customers plus money that the company could be making. Clearly there are people in there as I literally spoke with them and they online orders only. So I made my order now it's a no answer at the drive thru. Wmthe worst workers you can hire for and job

One of THE worst burger kings ive ever gone to, this is the closest burger king to me and due to that i obviously went there and the atmosphere was ok to say the least but the order took 20 WHOLE MINUTES not to mention the fact that almost half of the order was gone. Overall i would NOT recommend this burger King under any chance, instead go to 955 SW 107th Ave, Miami, FL 33174's burger King as it is way better this. whole order costed 63.72$ and i lost 20$ from this damn place.
Never coming back here.

Last Thursday, it was awful that I went and there was a guy and a couple of people working, but there was a guy that was vaping in front with the register and the drive-through window was a worker. That was very sad. Our food are getting contaminated I couldn’t believe my eyes

With such terrible service and the food is the best because the tip is only for the managers and assistant managers, they don't give anything to those in the kitchen and they are the ones who work the most. Value your tips

Horrible service. I ordered my food for pick up to be ready at 2:25. Wait in line for one car for ten mins I guess they were taking long to get his order too. So I go inside and Jackie & Kevin ignore me I tell them I been waiting for like five mins and they didn’t even acknowledge me. I went back outside and in the car to the drive through and finally got my food at 2:45. 20 mins after the expected time. Horrible service.

They have posters saying "Open 24hrs" but then they close the lobby at 10pm and the bathrooms have been closed for about 2 months with the excuse that they are broken, but really the employees are just too lazy to clean. Also what's up with the country music in the lobby? Is it just there to bother people? Because 90% of the people that walk in here speak spanish, remember this is Miami not Texas. We aren't even the same as the rest of Florida.
