With such terrible service and the food is the best because the tip is only for the managers and assistant managers, they don't give anything to those in the kitchen and they are the ones who work the most. Value your tips

Horrible service. I ordered my food for pick up to be ready at 2:25. Wait in line for one car for ten mins I guess they were taking long to get his order too. So I go inside and Jackie & Kevin ignore me I tell them I been waiting for like five mins and they didn’t even acknowledge me. I went back outside and in the car to the drive through and finally got my food at 2:45. 20 mins after the expected time. Horrible service.

They have posters saying "Open 24hrs" but then they close the lobby at 10pm and the bathrooms have been closed for about 2 months with the excuse that they are broken, but really the employees are just too lazy to clean. Also what's up with the country music in the lobby? Is it just there to bother people? Because 90% of the people that walk in here speak spanish, remember this is Miami not Texas. We aren't even the same as the rest of Florida.

I pass by here early in the morning, 6 am. The service is quick and food always fresh. The breakfast burritos are amazing. When I come at midnight, the staff is friendly. My fries are hot and delicious. The drive thru is always busy and that's a good sign.

very friendly staff. bathroom always nice and clean, there’s no homeless take bath anymore there acting like if there is el baño del pueblo. store very clean i come every morning at 5 am to get my delicious breakfast and in the afternoon for my dinner. serve fresh food.
Yeah, claim yet our 24 hours when you’re not I go every single morning and it’s every single morning yeah never open at 5:15 in the morning when you’re supposed to be 24 hours there’s no manager never in the morning. You have employees waiting outside every single morning, horrible, horrible horrible

6/3/24 I went there yesterday I ordered no onions I got onions. Going thru all BK reviews on different locations it appears that its a normal thing that all BK have a 50% bad review. Corporate needs to get with the program and get with all store locations make sure that they are providing good customer service. Maybe they should have a mystery shower Going to different locations.

Cheapest BK I’ve ever been in 50+ years. The only advice that I have is that if you go to eat and/or order through a drive through and you see no cars or customers…..that’s a sign to stay away.Good luck.
