I ordered on app on Labor day bogo whopper 1st whopper off the broiler only onion rings well patty was microwaved dry onion rings soggy with a burnt fry on it. 2nd one only lettuce onion & onion rings off the broiler cut 1/2 well also microwaved barely no lettuce which was nasy old soggy but fat onions that were sliced way too fat. My bun also had wiped mayo off. I called restaurant many times and no answer. I contacted support and they offered 1000 points come on for real that's ridiculous. No message of call from gm or owner. This was terrible plus Service super slow they made ne wait at 1st window till for 7 min till I can go forward. There was a couple kids working not good for bk customer service. Unprofessional

I placed an order through the drive thru - when I got home, took food out we saw that order was done incorrectly - I had asked for off the grill but they microwaved the food and the tomatoes and lettuce all soggy and bread too!!! So I retuned to exchange but they yelled at me and refused to exchange the food because it had supposedly been 30 minutes!!! I told them that I had to wait for the food, drive home, serve (which is when we realized it was bad) pack it back up, and drive back to the BK drive thru!!! There was someone in front so I had to wait my turn!!!!

They don't speak English!!! They are rude and they started yelling at me and so of course I yelled back letting them know that I was going to make a complaint to corporate!!! I still cannot believe the disrespectful attitude of all of them!!! - Abdiel and the other employees there are nasty and rude - absolutely no customer service !!!! They treat customers horribly without any respect!!!!

I suggest you Don't go to that BK!!! Go to another location -

I waited about 45 minutes for my order of which I never got because I left from being so fed up with waiting. I was never approached or asked by anyone behind that counter of what I needed. I will never buy from this location again nor do I recommend this particular spot.

Terrible service! I was in the drive thru waiting for my order for 20 minutes. Only one poor woman who was training was cooking and the other trainee was at the cash register. I complained and the service manager didn’t care at all. Will go across the street to McDonald’s.

To whom it may concern
On July 5th 2025 went into the dining room of this Burger King and order me the 2 for 5 ham egg and cheese croissants, the total was 5.35 with tax . I received my two ham egg and cheese croissants in a bag to go went to my car started eating one sandwich when I noticed the sandwich was very thin, open the sandwich , and yes it's missing a slice of ham this Burger King is taking a slice of ham off every breakfast sandwich, open my second sandwich also missing a slice of ham, went back inside spoke to the gentleman and he told me that they have started doing that because they received orders from corporation, to take a slice of ham out.
I told the gentleman that was not true I go to Burger King everyday for my breakfast sandwiches, and I always get two slices of ham in each ham egg and cheese croissant. On July 6 ,on July 7 went to two different Burger Kings bought the same order the two ham egg and cheese croissants we're not missing a slice of ham.
This Burger King is stealing from the customer.
Plain and simple.
I will be contacting your corporation company to ask them if it's true what you said employee no name tag
I will never leave my money there again or let my family go there again you thieves

Went today and ordered mozzarella sticks through drive thru. I went back bc they gave me chicken fries. Made me wait 10 mins in the drive thru didn’t say sorry for the inconvenience. Took the chicken fries back and just handed me mozzarella sticks. I was expecting them to at least say sorry or let me keep the fries because we did bite them but no . Other places have been more considerate when these things happen.

I have been here other times. I bought 3 meals and I didn't even go through the window, I got off to be sure that the special order I requested was made correctly, I waited almost 15 minutes for the order, I specified to the lady a whooper with only lettuce, tomato, cheese and bacon (nothing else), no ketchup, no mayo, no onions and I asked him to emphasize this to the person who prepares the burgers, when I got home the burger that was marked with what I ordered had EVERYTHING!! At Burguer King they are supposed to make it your way!!! It's not like that, it seems disrespectful to me that they play with people's food, I had to throw away the hamburger. There are people who are allergic to certain things and they should take it seriously before someone sues them for being fake.
I won't come back again.
