Employee Carlos’s service is EXCEPTIONAL and must be CELEBRATED! 🥳 Even near closing time he was kind, polite, quick, intelligent and evidently dedicated to doing the job and providing great service. Having him serve us was like a breath of fresh air and warmed our hearts, he was so sweet. As someone who’s worked in management for several years, I would promote him to the highest level as I would be certain he would treat all employees and customers with not just the with respect, but real kindness.

I love BK but I would say just like McDonald's BK employees are becoming more lazy with the new kiosk the little work they have to do they complain about it and second why don't you think it is ok to vape while working. Go get 30 minute break and do what you have to do

Don’t even stop or you will lose your money. There is no respect for the customers. Poor food quality. Everything is lost in that restaurant even the manager. I had to came back to request that I wanted the fries with no salt and the onion rings fresh oh boy why trying if when i drove away it was as worse🫣. I usually don’t take time to write any complaints, but this restaurant deserves it. Good luck to all. The beef people 🤣 yeah right. Ni te llegues que vas a perder tu dinero. Muy mala administración ya BK es igual que hace una década. Buena suerte si tienes que ir.

I asked for two mini whoppers with cheese a d two times they were served without the cheese! What’s bad is the attitude from the attendant and a cook from the back screaming that she had heard me! My two girls eat tour double cheeseburgers plain and I asked for them plain, however, it seemed they had had pickles! It’s really sad that you can no longer have it your way!

When the strawberry lemonade started very well, but today the lemonade does not even taste like strawberry or lemonade, please, if you do not have the product for preparation, do not offer it and avoid conflicts.
