Our first time at this restaurant & after a long morning (11:40 am), we were looking forward to sitting down and eating lunch. Well, while in line to order along with other clients, we were told to get out of line and go through the drive-through they needed to close the restaurant! Wow, we were literally walked out the door by an employee. We never had this happen to us before. By far, it is not the best customer service and we will not be returning here again. They lost alot of customers who were in line, plus others were about to dine in as well. I hope the owner works on better customer service or employees.

Hispanic cuban lady at the drive thru very rude. I asked for a couple of bbq sauces and she acted like I had asked her for her first born. She spoke to me in a very degrading way and didn't even say hello or goodbye when I said it to her. Very nasty, if she doesn't like her job why is she there? Also now I know why there is never anyone there at night. This lady is singlehandedly going to have this location close down. So if you like to be treated rudely come here, if not steer clear and drive the extra 5 minutes to the next BK.
