I was at your location on Saturday afternoon, service was excellent. Everyone was very nice and attentive to my needs. The food was prepared the way I like it. They didn’t mess up my order at all. The tables and other areas were very well kept and cleaned. Over all was very satisfied with everyone.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I tried to pay a large order with a $100 bill at this Burger King on 6/13/25 around 9:30 AM. The male drive-thru employee said the manager doesn’t work weekends and won’t let them open the change box.
Then he sent me to a “supervisor” who also couldn’t open it. If there’s a supervisor, why can’t they help?
It felt like I wasn’t deserving of their time, service, or respect. They were too lazy to call or text the manager and just brushed me off.
I work all week to have a relaxing weekend. Instead, mine and my kid’s whole Saturday was ruined by this nonsense. My kid won’t eat anything else, and my family was left stressed and upset.
This should never happen again.
I want to see this fixed so I can keep visiting this location since it’s the closest one.
I will consider taking down this review if Burger King addresses this issue and provides appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and stress caused.

I order online they didn’t even give me a straw, nonetheless I ask for churros they didn’t give me the chocolate sauce, they didn’t put me the marinade sauce nd neither ketchup I ask for no cheese and still they add the cheese These people hate their jobs they don’t want to be there you guys just giving money for free because you have the absolute worse’s employees in all the Burger Kings fast food.

Terrible Burger King. Went through the drivethru. They hardly speak English and was irritated at us because he didn’t understand us Americans! Then a lady had to ask us again to repeat after we did twice for the guy. And they still didn’t listen when we said apple sauce instead of fries. So we ask them to trade it out and the guy was so rude when he asked for the fries back like I wanted both! Take them we didn’t want them. Then we asked for sauce for the nuggets and got more attitude but receive some. If you can’t speak English and provide good customer service don’t work there. It was also completely dead in there. First off my order was all wrong I ordered the double biscuit sandwich w sausage bacon ham they gave me a croissant with only sausage bacon and a croissant with only bacon egg cheese it was a double as well
Second I got a instant noise bleeding after eating .
Third racist employees towards Americans in the morning the Cuban ones that talk shit in Spanish
We decided to do our youngest son's birthday there. My wife usually takes the kids there on the weekend and the staff, food, and atmosphere is always great. We asked about using their play area to cut a cake and have some friends and family over and they were super supportive. We purchased food for the kids and adults(about 25 people). And i cannot believe how fast they prepped the food. The attention was amazing and the place was super clean. We recommend this option to many parents since times are tough and this was also a godsend budget wise. We are spreading the word to friends and family. We also have 3 other kids which we now plan to do the same. Not to mention we have kids in the spectrum and the staff was so caring and understanding that we love them for it.
