I had such a very good experience 2 days ago at BK located at 7070 Bird Road in Miami. The food was excellent, well cooked, staff were friendly and went beyond my expectation for a fast food restaurant. The place was clean and the energy was so good. I really recommend this place to get fries and a good burger.

Unbelievable service, I walk in and the lady in food prep has her gloves on that she prepares the food with while she's holding her cell phone staring straight at me without even saying hello or letting the cashier know I'm there? So the cashier steps over beside the ice cream machine and looks right at me without saying a word and they continue their conversation with the person on the phone.. So I decided to attempt to use one of the 4 touch screen order kiosks since I'm obviously not going to get service from a human, and yes you guessed it, they all are frozen. So I step back to the counter and ask for help and they literally both looked right at me then continue their conversation! I couldn't believe all of it. I work in the food industry the food prep gloves while holding a phone alone are a Healthcode violation, much less the awful attitude of all three of the girls working. So I attempt to go through the drive through and just ask for a manager, the girl literally answers the drive through and kept talking over me when I was asking for assistance? I mean seriously? This was my first time, but it will definitely be the last time I go to this burger King. Unbelievable..

The staff was friendly and helpful for us with a little one. Best of all is the indoor playground for kids. It was clean and an inviting layout inside. It’s fast food which is sometimes just what you need for a family on the go. I’d keep this location in mind to come to again.Kid-friendliness: Indoor playground makes this an ideal place in Miami for food.

My experience was really bad, the shake with no flavor, the fries felt overcooked, the girl who was attending me had a really really rude and bad attitude, i order through the drive thru, when I got home and I started eating, to make it more special I saw this tiny bug between the bread and the chicken, it was really nasty. I’m going to probably send a letter to the FDA. It’s nasty. Hope you hire people that knows how to treat costumers and know about Food safety and Sanitation.

Incredibly disappointing encounter with the staff. It's disheartening to have to write such a negative review, but the unfriendliness of the employees cannot go unnoticed.From the moment I walked in, there was an evident lack of warmth and courtesy. Not a single smile or greeting was offered. The cashier seemed disinterested, almost annoyed that I had placed an order. When I asked a simple question about the menu, I was met with a curt response that made me feel like I was bothering them.Throughout my meal, I observed a general indifference from the staff towards both me and other customers. There was a lack of attention to detail, with orders being mixed up and incorrect. No effort was made to rectify these mistakes promptly, leaving customers frustrated and dissatisfied.The atmosphere in the restaurant was tense, and the unfriendly demeanor of the staff cast a pall over what should have been a straightforward dining experience. I couldn't help but wonder if this was a one-time occurrence or a recurring issue with the workplace culture.In conclusion, a restaurant's success relies not only on the quality of its food but also on the quality of its service. Terrible staff at Burger KingI recently had a terrible experience at Burger King. The food was mediocre at best, but the staff was absolutely awful.When I walked in, I was greeted by a cashier who looked like he didn't want to be there. he was rude and dismissive, and he seemed annoyed that I was bothering him.I ordered a burger, fries, and a coke. The burger was dry and overcooked, the fries were cold and soggy, and the coke was watery and flavorless. I was so disappointed with the food, but I was even more disappointed with the staff.When I went to get my coke, I spilled a little bit on the counter.
